The Delay in Implementing 80 Reforms Won’t Stop 4 Plus 1; Convergent and Divergent are Separate; It Won’t Stop Transition
Quick Summary
Any delay in the Implementation of the 80 Electoral Reforms of the Tripartite Agreement by the SLPP and the traitorous APC will not stop the transition process.
The process of the full implementation of the four divergent issues suggested by the President-elect, Dr Samura Kamara, plus the one vital divergent issue suggested by the international community, will not be derailed by any delay in implementing the 80 convergent reforms. Today, the unpatriotic Sierra Leoneans in the SLPP regime and the Trojan horses in the APC party are using the procrastination strategy of implementing the 80 electoral reforms as the yardstick to derail the divergent train meant to restore democracy and electoral justice.
For those who do not understand the current process, especially the gullible 2023 voters who expect nothing but the restoration of democracy NOW, it is important to clarify the impact of the divergent issues if the convergent issues are delayed. It will not because they are separate.
For clarification purposes, the 80 convergent issues of the Electoral Reforms are different from the 4 plus 1 divergent issues, which centre on the political transition of power from the illegal Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio to the legitimate winner Dr Samura Kamara. Reiterating this hopeful advice to the 2023 believers is a necessity because so many patriotic citizens who believe in electoral justice have been recently discouraged after the visit of the international moral guarantors to Sierra Leone last week.
After they concluded their consultations with key internal and external stakeholders, they came out with a press release stating the unpopular vibes like ‘2028’ and ‘December 31, 2026’ deadline for the implementation of the 80 Electoral Reforms.
Some citizens misconstrued the message, thinking the moral guarantors were talking about the restoration of democracy in totality. That is why it is vital to reiterate to the gullible 2023 electorate the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. (Photos: Ilegal President Bio and President-elect Dr Samura Kamara).

The 2023 voters should be overconfident in electoral justice success. There is no need to worry unnecessarily because the implementation of the 80 convergent issues and the implementation of the 4 contentious issues in the divergent are on different timelines.
The fact of the matter is that the 80 convergent electoral reforms embedded in the Tripartite Agreement are very important, but the 4 plus 1 divergent issues are the most important because they centred on correcting the fraudulent June 24, 2023, elections.
To conclude, electoral justice believers should always remember one thing. The 80 reforms (convergent issues) and the 4 plus 1 issues (divergent issues) will be implemented separately, i.e. the 80 reforms will not be done before the 4 plus 1 divergent issues are done.
