The Sierra Leone Advocacy Movement SLAM-Global is on the airwaves again for the right reasons, as the organisation’s second launch is this weekend. Today, SLAM-Global is the most popular pressure group originating from the Sierra Leone communities worldwide.

Sierra Leoneans and foreign friends are invited to Virginia for the blockbuster launch, which the United States-based SLAM-Global organisers have vowed to make the Virginia launch second to none.

The first memorable launch of SLAM-Global was held in London on May 31, 2025, when SLAM members from far and wide, including independent Sierra Leone observers and foreign friends, gathered to grace the London launch in style.

September 19, 2026, SLAM-Global officials and ordinary members working around the clock to make the Virginia launch a massive success want to supersede the London launch. Tickets are available to anyone interested in attending the Virginia launch.
