Yesterday, in the faraway Kenyan capital, Nairobi, in East Africa, the illegal Sierra Leone President Bio was put in another embarrassing spot when the Africa Forward Summit organisers conspicuously left Julius Maada Bio from the first official picture. (Photo: Bio absent from this photo).

The other world leaders, including presidents, were present, and they proudly represented their countries and organisations in the official photo in Nairobi. But poor Maada Bio was ridiculously absent due to deliberate omission for various tangible reasons.

Why did Maada Bio, the so-called ECOWAS Chairman, fail to pose with the other heads of state in Nairobi? High-profile leaders, including the United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Gutteres, French President Emmanuel Macron, and Senegalese President Bassirou Faye. Other African presidents present included Rwandan President Paul Kagame, Liberian President Joseph Boakai, Guinean President Mamady Doumbouya, and the African Union president. The host, President William Ruto, the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, and others present posed for the official photo, but not the Cocaine King Bio.

It was shocking but not surprising to see Maada Bio omitted from the historic picture. Even though Bio was seen posing with the UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, in Nairobi, there was no place in the official photo where the 2023 electoral bandit Bio could be seen. Why was Bio snubbed?

The lame-duck leader, Maada Bio, who is known for stealing the 2023 elections in Sierra Leone, could have been snubbed for the Africa Forward Summit official photo for obvious reasons. First, Bio’s illegality in power may still be fresh in the minds of the world leaders present at the Nairobi summit, May 11-12, 2026. And having such an unwanted guest in their midst clearly indicated that Maada Bio was not invited, but instead he gate-crashed the summit as usual.

And secondly, and most importantly, Maada Bio’s personal involvement in the ongoing drug scandal in Spain, where a loaded ship that originated from Freetown, Sierra Leone, was intercepted on Friday, May 1, 2026, is probably the other reason for his official photo snub.

This latest public ridicule and embarrassment for Bio in Kenya can only mean one thing. It means that the days of the illegal President Bio are truly near, and his demise from power is around the corner. It means electoral justice leader Dr Samura Kamara is on the verge of taking power.
