Appointments of More National & External Judges to ICC & Special Courts have Scared APC Leaders; Accountability is Alive
Quick Summary
Everything is now falling in place, perfectly in place without a shadow of a doubt amid the imminent restoration of democracy in Sierra Leone anytime from now.
Dithering by the illegal Bio regime will not stop the tripartite train. Behind-the-scenes machinations as well as on-camera, the restoration of democracy train is no longer a secret but a solid festina lente (slow but sure, or make haste slowly) action that clearly shows the end of the marathon race is closer than expected. The road to democratic governance, i.e., the full implementation of the June 24, 2023, elections, is not about whether the process shall be implemented, but about when it shall take place. From reliable sources, the latter is correct. It is just a matter of when, not if.
This brings us to the latest developments in the accountability basket, one of the two integral areas inserted in the almighty Tripartite Agreement. This insertion is frightening the hell out of those who bear the greatest responsibility to betray the 2023 elections.
And the APC leadership, comprising the top officials who are supposed to stand firm for the success of the party, is among the suspects who undermined the people’s mandate of the June 24, 2023, elections. The Accountability Basket is waiting for them. (Photo: Judge Bintu Alhadi taking the oath).

That is why the APC executives are afraid, scared to death of what is waiting for them at the International Criminal Court ICC and the Residual Special Court for Sierra Leone RSCSL in Freetown, where the Flame for Justice is burning brightly.
The ICC headquarters in The Hague is also patiently waiting for the suspects who undermined the electoral process before, during, and after the June 24, 2023, multi-tier elections, which were stolen by the illegal President Julius Maada Bio of the SLPP party, aided by the APC idiots.
These sell-out APC leadership are not only afraid but are in total panic mode. Central to the behind-the-curtains action is the appointing and swearing-in of Judges and Justices from Sierra Leone and from the international arena, most of whom come from the latter.
This slow but sure movement in recruiting judges to occupy the hot seats at the ICC and the Special Courts has sent a chill down the spines of the sly APC officials. Invariably, the crooked APC executives are now scared of giving accounts in future trials. (Photo: Judges for the ICC and Special Court).

It is no secret that the clear winner in the 2023 polls was Dr Samura Kamara, leader of the APC party, who clinched the elections in a landslide, even though only 71% of the Results Reconciliation Forms RRFs were presented to the Tripartite Committee, which showed the President-elect, Dr Samura Kamara, got 57.15%.
Today, as the restoration of democracy comes closer, thanks to the 85 recommendations that emanated from the Tripartite Agreement, everything is working in concert with the restoration of democracy, and this has left the enemies of the state in absolute jitters.
The ICC and Special Courts are preparing the ground for future trials against those who directly contributed to the betrayal of the 2023 elections, which have added more suffering and misery to the impoverished people of Sierra Leone. (Photo: APC executives will face the music for crimes against democracy).

The APC buffoons, namely Acting National Chairman Osman Yansaneh, Secretary General Lansana Dumbuya, stupid PRO Sidi Yahya Tunis, lipstick idiot Freetown Mayor Yvonne Aki-Sawyerr, don’t pre-empt Dr Kaifala Marah, evil Chernor RM Bah aka Chericoco, etc., are key suspects.
All the fake APC 2028 flag bearers will also give an account for selling the people’s votes and siding with the electoral thief, Julius Maada Bio. The ensuing Tripartite Agreement actually touched on electoral reforms and accountability, with the disputed 2023 elections at the centre. Lots of machinations have continued to unfold.
Sierra Leone Justice Fatmata Bintu Alhadi was recently appointed as a Judge of the Special Court. The appointment took place in the ceremony in The Hague, Netherlands. Also, Justice Komba Kamanda was recently appointed as a judge on the Special Court. These Sierra Leone judges have joined many foreign justices.
