Reliable sources say the International Criminal Court ICC headed by the Chief Prosecutor, UK Barrister Karim Khan KC, and the Residual Special Court for Sierra Leone RSCSL have gathered lots of information on 500 key suspects, and the evidence is staggeringly overwhelming.

What are the crimes being probed by the Special Court and the ICC in The Hague and Freetown? Sources have intimated that electoral fraud before, during, and after the June 24, 2023, elections, human rights violations, crimes against humanity, including the assassinations of innocent citizens, are at the top of the list.

The only crime that the victims of torture and death had committed at the hands of the barbaric SLPP regime of Maada Bio since April 04, 2018, was standing up for democracy, equal rights, and justice. According to sources, the long line of suspects in these heinous crimes committed against innocent compatriots is drawn from a wide variety of sources, i.e. from politics, security, parliament, media, civil society organisations, paramount chiefs, and so forth.

All the corrupt individuals and institutions will face the music up to the 2023 elections and now. The adjudication of justice is a must for many crimes, including heinous ones like crimes against humanity in Sierra Leone. And the ICC and the Special Court are ready to usher in justice for the victims.

Today, as the restoration of democracy is gaining momentum, the greatest worry affecting the enemies of the state is the possibility of them facing trial for electoral tampering and fraudulent activities to derail democracy and the people’s mandate of the 2023 elections.

And worst, the electoral justice disbelievers are poised to face serious crimes ranging from abuse of power, violations of human rights, and the systematic killings of innocent citizens who simply criticise the illegality of Maada Bio’s SLPP regime. Even the former Sierra Leone President, Ernest Koroma, is on the list. To top it all, serious charges are expected to hang over the bad Sierra Leoneans who deliberately machinated the assassinations of democracy campaigners, namely social media activists Mr Hassan Dumbuya aka Evangelist Samson, APC Nurse Matron Mahawa Dumbuya, Mr White Boy, Mr Wilson Kay and so on.

The evil Sierra Leoneans who aided the bloodthirsty SLPP regime of Maada Bio could be traced from various sectors in society, primarily from the top-notch SLPP regime and the main opposition APC party, whose key officials contributed directly, consciously and intentionally to undermining the 2023 polls.

Thereby leaving the impoverished citizens even poorer. The APC executives did the unthinkable. They sold the victorious election results to Bio to prevent their leader, Dr Samura Kamara, from taking power. It means denying millions of voters from achieving their results.

That was and still is a very damaging episode, leading to the destruction of democratic governance. With tripartite accountability in the offing, bad citizens shall face the full force of the ICC and the Special Court laws, and it will happen very shortly.

As we go to press, the names of over 500 key suspects are in the net for crimes against humanity as the Special Court and the ICC prepare the adjudication of justice process against the SLPP and the traitorous APC leadership, including the useless APC flag bearers and many others. The national and global judges are ready for the job.
