Transition on Track: Bio Scams ECOWAS; Promises Transition, Pay Bribes; Ellen-Sirleaf Advises Bio; US Rejects Nigeria, Ghana

Quick Summary

The Economic Community of West African States ECOWAS has been scammed by its newest dodgy chairman and illegal Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio.

What is the scam all about? It centres on the dubious selection on Sunday, June 22, 2025, of the unfit Julius Maada Bio as ECOWAS chairman, a controversial situation that raised eyebrows nationally and internationally. Up to now, internal and external stakeholders are unhappy. (Photo: Mahama and Tinubu scammed by Bio).

Diplomatic sources say, before Maada Bio’s odd selection, he (Bio) had made deceitful promises to the outgoing ECOWAS Chairman, Ahmed Bola Tinubu and other big guns that if given the coveted chairmanship, he would do three vital things in return as a ‘Thank You’ note. But Bio is noted for not abiding by his signature.

First, the deceitful and electoral thief, Maada Bio, promised the ECOWAS commission that he would hand over power to the legitimate winner of the disputed June 24, 2023, elections in Sierra Leone, Dr Samura Kamara, within a week. (Photo: Dr Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf).

Secondly, Bio promised to give the Nigerian President Tinubu and the Ghanaian President John Mahama, and other ECOWAS cheats a hefty bribe in the region of millions of dollars to top up the astronomical 6 million dollars deposit already given to them.

Thirdly, the lying Bio promised to do everything democratic to clean the image of ECOWAS. As expected, the cheating Bio failed to carry out his golden promises within the timeframe, thereby leaving Tinubu and others disappointed. ECOWAS has indeed fallen apart.

The ECOWAS officials, eventually embarrassed by the situation, told the former Liberian President, Dr Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, about what had transpired and begged her to advise Bio to respect his promises. The veteran politician, Ellen, was shocked to hear the sad news. (Photos: Maada Bio has a PhD in coup-making. President-Elect Dr Samura Kamara, right).

Ellen immediately questioned Tinubu and others why she was not informed earlier, because she would have advised them not to believe a word of Maada Bio. However, as spilt milk cannot be recovered, Ellen went to Freetown last week to advise Bio to cooperate without success.

Now, the ECOWAS commission is in shambles, especially with information that the United States government and other Western democracies are unhappy with the two superpowers in West Africa, Nigeria and Ghana, for selling their birthright to madman Bio. No wonder Nigeria and Ghana were publicly rejected from attending the White House summit from July 09 to July 11, 2025, to discuss pertinent issues surrounding security, trade and development between the five invited African Presidents and President Trump.

It beggars belief that Tinubu and co fail to know that Bio has a PhD in coup d’état. Thank goodness, the transition of power is on track, and the actual victor of the 2023 multi-tier elections, Dr Samura Kamara, will soon be declared the winner, either peacefully or through forceful means.

ECOWAS Summit Update: Cocaine Bio is Scared of Handing the ECOWAS Chair to Senegal President Faye; Bio Prefers Anglophone to Francophone Successor!

The illegal Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio, who publicly stole the June 24, 2023 general and presidential elections, is a confused man today. Cocaine King Maada Bio is not only disoriented and jittery at this point when ECOWAS commissioners are in Freetown for the 69th summit, but Bio’s SLPP regime is entirely on the brink of causing more confusion within the ECOWAS commission. The illegitimate Sierra Leone President Bio is shamefully dragging his feet over the handing over of the ECOWAS chairmanship to the rightful individual, in the person of Senegalese President Bassirou Faye, who should have got it since last year when Bio bribed to get it. Diplomatic sources have hinted that Maada Bio, the current ECOWAS chairman who dubiously secured the position last year by bribing Nigerian President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, is not planning to transfer the ECOWAS chair to President Faye. ECOWAS leaders are expected in Freetown on July 19, 2026.

EBK’s Fake Freedom Won’t Distract EJ Win; His Arrest for Betraying Democracy Looms; Tinubu Happy to See EBK’s Back; Hope He Returns Sooner to Face Citizens

The fake freedom suspiciously arranged for Ernest Bai Koroma EBK is not only a fruitless distraction, but EBK’s immediate return will suit 2023 voters. It is a massive trump card indeed, especially for electoral justice campaigners who will eventually see judicial revenge for those who undermine the June 24, 2023, general and presidential elections. EBK is obviously the first accused and chief architect of selling the 2023 votes to his cocaine paymaster, Julius Maada Bio. That is why the dubious freedom dished out to cruel EBK by the electoral commander-in-thief Julius Maada Bio is wholeheartedly welcomed by electoral justice EJ fighters whose main ambition is to restore democracy and to put on trial the betrayers of the people’s mandate. At first glance, it is clear that EBK’s recent freedom, granted by the corrupt SLPP and APC parliamentarians, is a high-class trap for him. The dramatic overturning of the ridiculous treason charge against EBK in parliament, rather than in the High Court, is a monumental blunder, deception and distraction.
