Meanwhile, in Freetown, the US Ambassador to Sierra Leone David Bryan Hunt released his own bombshell when he touched on the MCC funds. He made it categorical that Sierra Leone will only receive the compact cash when the Tripartite Recommendations are fully implemented and actioned. This is means Maada Bio will never touch the 500 million MCC funds. The President-Elect Dr Samura Kamara’s APC regime will spend the cash.
