The Protests are Harming Commerce, Investments and Destroying the Economy Further

Quick Summary

A country that should have a strong economy should be stable and peaceful, which Sierra Leone has not been under illegal President Bio.

Whether massive, widespread, or contained, the frequent shutdowns and protests in Sierra Leone are harming the economy and should stop being played down by ruling party bloggers and sycophants. These frequent shutdowns and protests are seriously destroying the economy. Any government worth its salt will look at the economic consequences of this frequent chaos. (Photo: The illegal Sierra Leone President Maada Bio is the main enemy of the nation).

What is happening in Sierra Leone is that a state of chaos and an atmosphere of instability and insecurity have been created in the country. Nobody knows with uncertainty what might happen next. This status quo is driving away potential investors. Who would want to invest in a country that is unstable, insecure, and prone to frequent disruptions of civil life? Because investors are not sure about Sierra Leone and many are not coming as a result of instability and uncertainties, the economy is receiving a sound whipping. The economy is seriously regressing.

Commercial activities are also being adversely disrupted and affected and importers are reluctant to commit their precious resources to bring in goods, basic commodities, and services. This is responsible for the shortages of basic commodities, apart from the collapse of the Leone and the foreign exchange crunch. The instability and insecurity in the country have also put a big dent in the Government’s aspirations to attract and develop tourism– a major source of raw cash into the economy. Tourists have long stopped coming and this is also destroying the economy, irreparably. (Photos: Bio deployed armed military and police officers for mere protests).

Whenever Adebayor hits the country with shutdowns, lockdowns, and demonstrations, asinine, deceitful, inane, dim-witted, and daft SLPP bloggers and sycophants try to play them down. Look here. To be successful, a demonstration or lockdown need not be massive and widespread. All they need to do is create fear, uncertainty, insecurity, and a state of instability for citizens, the business community international investors, and tourists and cause them to rethink about investing or operating in the country.  Once organizers acquire a modicum of success in creating these situations of uncertainty, instability, and insecurity, they have won. They have succeeded in hurting the government.

The people in the government know the consequences of these shutdowns and demonstrations and the harm being caused by Adebayor, contrary to the false and deceitful hopes being promoted by bloggers and sycophants. Adebayor knows that he is hurting the SLPP government and he relishes it when they play down his impact and effects. Adebayor knows that if he had not been hurting the SLPP, they would not have been expending all those energies to have him arrested and deported.

The SLPP must stop living in a fool’s paradise and do what the people want so that peace, stability, and security will return to the country. This is the only way out if this unpleasant quagmire. Playing down things is only worsening the Government’s unpopularity and the country’s problems.

ECOWAS Summit Update: Cocaine Bio is Scared of Handing the ECOWAS Chair to Senegal President Faye; Bio Prefers Anglophone to Francophone Successor!

The illegal Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio, who publicly stole the June 24, 2023 general and presidential elections, is a confused man today. Cocaine King Maada Bio is not only disoriented and jittery at this point when ECOWAS commissioners are in Freetown for the 69th summit, but Bio’s SLPP regime is entirely on the brink of causing more confusion within the ECOWAS commission. The illegitimate Sierra Leone President Bio is shamefully dragging his feet over the handing over of the ECOWAS chairmanship to the rightful individual, in the person of Senegalese President Bassirou Faye, who should have got it since last year when Bio bribed to get it. Diplomatic sources have hinted that Maada Bio, the current ECOWAS chairman who dubiously secured the position last year by bribing Nigerian President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, is not planning to transfer the ECOWAS chair to President Faye. ECOWAS leaders are expected in Freetown on July 19, 2026.

EBK’s Fake Freedom Won’t Distract EJ Win; His Arrest for Betraying Democracy Looms; Tinubu Happy to See EBK’s Back; Hope He Returns Sooner to Face Citizens

The fake freedom suspiciously arranged for Ernest Bai Koroma EBK is not only a fruitless distraction, but EBK’s immediate return will suit 2023 voters. It is a massive trump card indeed, especially for electoral justice campaigners who will eventually see judicial revenge for those who undermine the June 24, 2023, general and presidential elections. EBK is obviously the first accused and chief architect of selling the 2023 votes to his cocaine paymaster, Julius Maada Bio. That is why the dubious freedom dished out to cruel EBK by the electoral commander-in-thief Julius Maada Bio is wholeheartedly welcomed by electoral justice EJ fighters whose main ambition is to restore democracy and to put on trial the betrayers of the people’s mandate. At first glance, it is clear that EBK’s recent freedom, granted by the corrupt SLPP and APC parliamentarians, is a high-class trap for him. The dramatic overturning of the ridiculous treason charge against EBK in parliament, rather than in the High Court, is a monumental blunder, deception and distraction.
