Swearing-In is Near: ECOWAS President Arrives to Remind Bio of Transition as More Foreign Visitors Jet in to Deliver Bio’s Exit

Quick Summary

Never in the history of Sierra Leone has the country seen more foreign visitors in a short period of time. Foreign delegates have crowded the capital Freetown.

This is fantastic news for the suffering masses in Sierra Leone and abroad who are demanding the immediate restoration of their June 24, 2023, election results. The constant arrival of foreign delegations is to remind the illegal President Julius Maada Bio to go away. (Photo: ECOWAS Commission President Dr Touray and Bio).

The latest arrival is the ECOWAS Commission President, Dr Omar Alieu Touray. The illegitimate Sierra Leone President Bio yesterday received the delegation from the Economic Community of West African States, ECOWAS, sent by the international community. (Photo: Dr Touray’s delegation and Maada Bio in Freetown yesterday).

The Commission President, Dr Omar Alieu Touray, and his delegation landed at Lungi International Airport to hold talks with Bio. Their main message was about the transition. Dr Touray said, “We came to remind our ECOWAS Chair Bio about the transition, etc.”

Diplomatic sources say the ECOWAS Commission sent the ECOWAS President, Dr Touray, to deliver the transfer of power message personally to Maada Bio, and the message came from the directive of the African Union, European Union & United Nations. (Photo: ECOWAS delegation met at State House).

Downplaying the seriousness of the ECOWAS visit, Bio’s deceitful media team released a statement about the democratic transition and electoral process in West Africa. It is no coincidence that the ECOWAS visit coincided with the presence of other high-profile visitors.

Diplomatic sources say Dr Touray’s arrival has added tremendous pressure being exerted by the global partners to remind Bio about the transition to the legitimate winner of the June 24, 2023, elections, Dr Samura Kamara. Bio knows that forceful transfer is the only option on the table. (Photo: Dr Touray delivering the messages).

There are many foreign dignitaries in Sierra Leone today whose primary message to internal stakeholders is about the immediate transfer of power to the people’s choice, Dr Samura Kamara. No amount of shifting the goal post, by Bio’s regime, would hide these facts.

Below is an excerpt from the press release issued by the Office of the Press Secretary yesterday that was not signed. It shows that Keketoma Sandi, who is hiding somewhere in London, has secretly resigned. The SLPP statement dated August 5, 2025, read thus:

“Bio also pledged his support to the democratic transition and electoral process within the sub-region, highlighting the transition process in Guinea and the forthcoming elections in Cote d’Ivoire and Guinea-Bissau.” Bio’s dodgy media woefully failed to mention Sierra Leone.

The SLPP/Paopas know full well that it would showcase Bio’s illegality in power. Interestingly, there is no hiding place for Bio’s exit from power as pressure mounts on him daily. Very shortly, Sierra Leoneans would celebrate Freedom Day. (Photo: President-Elect Dr Samura Kamara is on the verge of power).

Meanwhile, Dr Touray reiterated the deployment of an assessment team in Sierra Leone and Guinea to resolve the Yenga impasse. He noted: “The Commission will shortly deploy an assessment mission to Sierra Leone and Guinea to resolve the Yenga border dispute.”

Last week, the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General in West Africa, Mr Leonardo Santos Simão, was in Freetown. Mr Simão, head of the United Nations Office for West Africa and the Sahel, UNOWAS, delivered the exit message to Bio.

ECOWAS Summit Update: Cocaine Bio is Scared of Handing the ECOWAS Chair to Senegal President Faye; Bio Prefers Anglophone to Francophone Successor!

The illegal Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio, who publicly stole the June 24, 2023 general and presidential elections, is a confused man today. Cocaine King Maada Bio is not only disoriented and jittery at this point when ECOWAS commissioners are in Freetown for the 69th summit, but Bio’s SLPP regime is entirely on the brink of causing more confusion within the ECOWAS commission. The illegitimate Sierra Leone President Bio is shamefully dragging his feet over the handing over of the ECOWAS chairmanship to the rightful individual, in the person of Senegalese President Bassirou Faye, who should have got it since last year when Bio bribed to get it. Diplomatic sources have hinted that Maada Bio, the current ECOWAS chairman who dubiously secured the position last year by bribing Nigerian President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, is not planning to transfer the ECOWAS chair to President Faye. ECOWAS leaders are expected in Freetown on July 19, 2026.

EBK’s Fake Freedom Won’t Distract EJ Win; His Arrest for Betraying Democracy Looms; Tinubu Happy to See EBK’s Back; Hope He Returns Sooner to Face Citizens

The fake freedom suspiciously arranged for Ernest Bai Koroma EBK is not only a fruitless distraction, but EBK’s immediate return will suit 2023 voters. It is a massive trump card indeed, especially for electoral justice campaigners who will eventually see judicial revenge for those who undermine the June 24, 2023, general and presidential elections. EBK is obviously the first accused and chief architect of selling the 2023 votes to his cocaine paymaster, Julius Maada Bio. That is why the dubious freedom dished out to cruel EBK by the electoral commander-in-thief Julius Maada Bio is wholeheartedly welcomed by electoral justice EJ fighters whose main ambition is to restore democracy and to put on trial the betrayers of the people’s mandate. At first glance, it is clear that EBK’s recent freedom, granted by the corrupt SLPP and APC parliamentarians, is a high-class trap for him. The dramatic overturning of the ridiculous treason charge against EBK in parliament, rather than in the High Court, is a monumental blunder, deception and distraction.
