SLAM Takes Over London Tomorrow by Holding a Community Event to Help the Less Privileged; Donors & All are Welcome
Quick Summary
Just one year after the Sierra Leone Advocacy Movement SLAM-Global observed it launching, tomorrow is slated for a community event.
Everyone is welcome, including donors. When you assist the best and most patriotic pressure group in Sierra Leone today, you are definitely assisting a worthy cause by helping the less privileged in the country. This is SLAM-Global. (Photo: Dr Fullah, Madam Kadie & Madam Fatima).
All donations in cash and kind will go directly to those who need help the most inside poverty-stricken Sierra Leone. And the fight to restore democracy and prevent further violations of human rights will be central to the objectives of SLAM-Global.
The Sierra Leone Advocacy Movement SLAM-Global is juggling business and pleasure together. The unique community event is taking place this weekend in London. Everyone is invited to this historic occasion.
It will be one of its kind get-togethers in London on Saturday, May 30, 2026, when SLAM-Global will host a unique community event featuring networking, meeting and greeting, wining and dining, and culminating in fantastic speeches.
Most importantly, SLAM-Global, in its quest to pile pressure to achieve democracy, human rights, social justice, etc., in Sierra Leone, will appreciate cash donations, big or small, from good Samaritans.
Interestingly, entrance to the SLAM-Global Community Event is free, and even more interesting is the fact that the delicious food and variety of drinks are sold at affordable prices. Low prices indeed, SLAM style.

To crown the important night, music will be provided by DJ Med and will be piloted by two great Masters of Ceremony agents in Mr Imran T and Mr Winston Ojukutu Macauley Jr, who are ready to play danceable oldies to boogie the night out.
Speaking to SLAM-Global Director General Dr Alfred Venod Fullah, he expressed delight and optimism that the Community Event will bring a wave of notable personalities who will deliver historic speeches on specific topics.
The Chief Organiser of the Community Event, Mrs Fatima Sessay, had this to say: “The event is one of SLAM’s annual calendar events to promote community cohesion and engage people from diverse backgrounds on key issues that impact our lives living in the UK.
“The event will bring together like-minded people with shared goals, presenting short, interactive talks on various topics, including advocacy, business, finance, health and wellbeing, lasting power of attorney, and more.
“There will be opportunities to network and dialogue, enjoy good food and music, and build friendships. Above all, we want you to have fun. The event will be graced by Councillor Fatima Kamara from Southwark. There will be a raffle draw with exciting prizes to be won. Come and be inspired,” Mrs Fatima noted.
The address is St Mary’s Centre, Ladywell Road, South East London, SE13 7EP. Come one, come all to grace this historic occasion. SLAM-Global says all financial donations will be appreciated.
