Therefore, 2023 voters want democracy restoration first and electoral reforms later. The implementation of the 4 plus 1 divergent views must be done NOW, in capital letters, because the patience of the June 24, 2023, voters is running out.

No more delays, as far as the majority of citizens are concerned. Enough is enough! The delay tactics being adopted by the illegal President Bio, who stole the 2023 election, have visibly angered the voters because the snail-paced implementation is totally unacceptable.

Since the Agreement of National Unity ANU was signed in 2023, the Bio and his APC collaborators have played dirty tricks by putting electoral reforms (convergent) ahead of democracy (divergent), which is tantamount to betraying the 2023 elections and democracy.

Backed by the sell-out APC leadership, the illegal Bio presidency went on to corrupt certain international moral guarantors, especially ECOWAS and the African Union, led by Aja Fatoumatta Jallow-Tambajang, to put the cart before the horse, i.e., reforms before democracy.

It is unacceptable to put Electoral Reforms meant for 2028 before the 2023 Electoral Democracy, which Sierra Leoneans are calling for NOW. The trickery tactics used by the cocaine SLPP regime to derail the restoration of democracy cannot be accepted any longer.

Cocaine Bio is a known electoral criminal and should be held as such. Bio has produced no results to justify his presidency. He is not the people’s president. Dr Samura Kamara, the 2023 presidential candidate, won the 2023 election, and he has the result to prove it. Why delay?

The international community is aware of it, and enough is enough. “No more negotiations. We want restoration of democracy NOW. Bio must produce his results within two weeks, or he should vacate the State House. We will not allow Bio to drag the country 3 years down the line,” 2023 voters warned.
