Thanks to the success of the Tripartite, Maada Bio’s days are numbered. As a result, a secret meeting was held in Pujehun attended by Julius Maada Bio’s SLPP agents, including the traitorous APC party officials and members of the All Political Parties Association APPA. The intention was to instruct APPA to file a petition in favour of Maada Bio’s panic-stricken SLPP regime against the Tripartite Investigations Committee whose recommendations are expected to be released on or before the June 19, 2024 deadline. And from the look of things, the Bio presidency has no hope in the Tripartite Committee recommendations because all the top officials of the illegal SLPP regime are aware that they did not win the June 24, 2023 multi-tier elections. So they do not expect anything positive next month. That is why Maada Bio who is financing and sponsoring the insignificant APPA made up of very small political parties decided to convene the secret Pujehun meeting together with the traitorous APC idiots to strategise on how to derail the popular Tripartite Committee with an injunction.

After the dubious meeting, it was concluded that APPA, another word for SLPP/Paopa – because they are one and the same people – should tender in a petition at the SLPP Supreme Court against the Tripartite Committee especially against the imminent recommendations which would definitely go in favour of the people and by extension in favour of the APC leader Dr Samura Kamara who actually won the June 24, 2023 elections. Keen political observers and respectable legal minds have come to the stark conclusion that any attempt by Maada Bio to misuse APPA in filing petition to the Supreme Court would be in vain, fruitless and without any consequence because of the judicial ramifications that would torpedo APPA’s intention to disrupt the Tripartite process. There is no way the Supreme Court could apply injunction on the Tripartite and succeed because the International Treaty that binds the Tripartite far surpasses the powers of the Supreme Court.

A popular legal quotation pacta sunt serbanda law principle recently quoted by lawyer Mr Alpha Kholifa Koroma, Sierra Leone’s former Chief Immigration Officer, comes to mind. The Latin formula pacta sunt serbanda (agreements must be kept) is one of the oldest principle of international law. Wikipedia added: “Without such a rule, no international agreement would be binding or enforceable. Pacta sunt servanda is directly referred to in many international agreements governing treaties, including the Vienna Convention on…”

Even though the SLPP slaves APPA chaired by another idiot Prince Coker has been convened to release a letter to discredit the Tripartite, the International Treaty will not allow it as it is more powerful than the Supreme Court. The desperado Julius Maada Bio and his illegal SLPP regime are in deep trouble thanks to Tripartite probe. Today, the illegitimate Bio presidency is resorting to desperate attempts to misuse the corrupt SLPP Supreme Court, a judiciary that has been described by the international community as one of the most corrupt institutions in Sierra Leone.

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission TRC Report in the 90s concluded that the Sierra Leone Judiciary, the Police and the Parliament are among the worst and most corrupt entities in the country. And since then, the Judiciary, despite having a handful of brilliant legal minds with integrity, has not improved its credibility much. In fact, under the SLPP/Paopa regime of Maada Bio, the Judiciary has become a laughingstock nationally and internationally. Now, Bio has contracted his corrupt Supreme Court Judges again to help his regime stay longer in power by slamming an injunction that will never succeed. It is interesting to note that any Supreme Court injunction on the Tripartite will fall flat and become useless because it does not have the same powers as the International Treaty that was signed and sealed by the SLPP and APC representatives on October 18, 2023 at the Bintumani Hotel in Freetown and endorsed by ECOWAS, African Union, European Union, Commonwealth, the UK, US and United Nations Security Council. The Sierra Leone Supreme Court is subordinate to any International Treaty. That is why the Bio/APPA plot to undermine the Tripartite Committee will not work.

Initially, the Bio presidency had underestimated the importance of Tripartite but it is only in the past few weeks that the Tripartite fever has gripped the throat of Maada Bio and his failed SLPP electoral thieves. And as the Tripartite Committee recommendations are expected on or before June 19, 2024, everyone knows that it would go against Maada Bio. This is more of a reason why the SLPP/Paopas are devising plans here and there to thwart the Tripartite. All attempts to stop the Tripartite before have failed but, Maada Bio still relentless, has bribed his Supreme Court Judges to pass an injunction to stop the Tripartite.

In conclusion, everyone must know that APPA is SLPP, and SLPP is APPA. The Pujehun meeting a few days ago planned to file a petition against Tripartite is doomed to fail. APPA, the SLPP slaves, cannot discredit the Tripartite. APPA members are comedians, an association sponsored by Maada Bio during the chaotic 2023 polls. And despite their participation in the fraudulent June 24, 2023 multi-tier elections which Bio stole publicly, none of these APPA parties got even a single win in any of the elections from all levels. No chairpersons won, no councillors won, no mayors won. Nothing. Zilch. Only APC and SLPP won everything. No wonder, Tripartite consists of the two major parties and witnessed by global partners. APPA is zero.
