ICC & Special Court Eyeing New Suspects Dr Marah, Dr Konteh, Boniface, Benny, Tholley, Fornah for Betraying Electoral Process

Quick Summary

The Special Court for Sierra Leone and the International Criminal Court ICC are waiting in the wings for new APC suspects who undermine the electoral process.

Today, new suspects have been added to the 300 list of suspects who bear the greatest responsibility of the electoral and human rights crimes including genocide in the past six years of Maada Bio’s misrule and barbarism. In the past few days, it has become obvious that the names of new suspects are added on the charge list who will face the Special Court or the ICC for crimes ranging from undermining the electoral process to betraying democracy and by extension the Tripartite among other crimes. The US Ambassador David Hunt has reiterated that accountability is paramount and anyone suspected of anti-democratic undertakings will give account. The additional suspects are from the main opposition APC party. Popular names, who a week ago, were considered as patriots and hailed as champions of democracy for doing well on the Tripartite Committee are now suspected of undermining democracy. Enviable accolades came for their roles on the APC Committee of the Tripartite Investigations set up to probe the fraudulent June 24, 2023 elections. The names include Dr Keifala Marah APC Co-Chair, Dr Richard Konteh, Ambassador Alimamy Petito Koroma, Bernadette Kargbo, Boniface Sidikie Kamara, Prince Tholley and David Fornah. Latest information has intimated that these APC Committee Tripartite members except for Ambassador Alimamy Petito Koroma have received bribes from the corrupt Maada Bio. And all their gallantry and competency exhibited in the last six months on the Tripartite Committee has been damaged beyond repairs because of the bribery and corruption allegations being bandied around to betray democracy and the Tripartite process. The people of Sierra Leone would not forgive these suspects if found guilty. The US Ambassador David Hunt has reiterated that accountability is paramount and anyone suspected of anti-democratic undertakings will give account.

Reliable sources have intimated that the embattled and illegitimate Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio reportedly dished out two million United States dollars to both Dr Keifala Marah and Dr Richard Konteh allegedly after they secretly met Maada Bio’s middleman and APC National Chairman Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray over the weekend. Minkailu Mansaray and other APC traitors are hell-bent on damaging democracy and Dr Samura Kamara for personal reasons. The US Ambassador David Hunt has reiterated that accountability is paramount and anyone suspected of anti-democratic undertakings will give account.

Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray, the controversial and unfit APC National Chairman, was the one who secretly and dubiously invited the two men Keifala and Richard to meet him at his residence in Freetown at around 1am last week when the bribery and corruption agenda was discussed and agreed upon ostensibly to aid and abet Maada Bio’s prolongation in power despite losing the chaotic June 24, 2023 general and presidential elections. The sources also revealed that it was agreed that one million US dollars allegedly should go to Dr Keifala Marah and the other one million US dollars allegedly should go to Dr Richard Konteh. And the two men would then disburse thousands of dollars of the bribed cash to each of the other four APC Committee accomplices including Bernadette Kargbo, Boniface Sidikie Kamara, Prince Tholley and David Fornah, according to the allegations. The US Ambassador David Hunt has reiterated that accountability is paramount and anyone suspected of anti-democratic undertakings will give account.

Meanwhile, there is a meeting at the APC head office this morning at 11 am to discuss the final APC Report of the Tripartite investigations that would be submitted to the Tripartite Secretariat headed by the Australian Judge Kate Sullivan. Tension in the APC party after reports say Dr Keifala Maran and co-traitors want to insert the ‘Recount’ word in the Report which would help Maada Bio as against the interests of the party and the people. APC Grassroots are angry that these traitors are trying to undermine their votes on June 24. The US Ambassador David Hunt has reiterated that accountability is paramount and anyone suspected of anti-democratic undertakings will give account.

ECOWAS Summit Update: Cocaine Bio is Scared of Handing the ECOWAS Chair to Senegal President Faye; Bio Prefers Anglophone to Francophone Successor!

The illegal Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio, who publicly stole the June 24, 2023 general and presidential elections, is a confused man today. Cocaine King Maada Bio is not only disoriented and jittery at this point when ECOWAS commissioners are in Freetown for the 69th summit, but Bio’s SLPP regime is entirely on the brink of causing more confusion within the ECOWAS commission. The illegitimate Sierra Leone President Bio is shamefully dragging his feet over the handing over of the ECOWAS chairmanship to the rightful individual, in the person of Senegalese President Bassirou Faye, who should have got it since last year when Bio bribed to get it. Diplomatic sources have hinted that Maada Bio, the current ECOWAS chairman who dubiously secured the position last year by bribing Nigerian President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, is not planning to transfer the ECOWAS chair to President Faye. ECOWAS leaders are expected in Freetown on July 19, 2026.

EBK’s Fake Freedom Won’t Distract EJ Win; His Arrest for Betraying Democracy Looms; Tinubu Happy to See EBK’s Back; Hope He Returns Sooner to Face Citizens

The fake freedom suspiciously arranged for Ernest Bai Koroma EBK is not only a fruitless distraction, but EBK’s immediate return will suit 2023 voters. It is a massive trump card indeed, especially for electoral justice campaigners who will eventually see judicial revenge for those who undermine the June 24, 2023, general and presidential elections. EBK is obviously the first accused and chief architect of selling the 2023 votes to his cocaine paymaster, Julius Maada Bio. That is why the dubious freedom dished out to cruel EBK by the electoral commander-in-thief Julius Maada Bio is wholeheartedly welcomed by electoral justice EJ fighters whose main ambition is to restore democracy and to put on trial the betrayers of the people’s mandate. At first glance, it is clear that EBK’s recent freedom, granted by the corrupt SLPP and APC parliamentarians, is a high-class trap for him. The dramatic overturning of the ridiculous treason charge against EBK in parliament, rather than in the High Court, is a monumental blunder, deception and distraction.
