Heavily Militarised Mayagba Airfield in the North Import & Export Cocaine, Guns, Laundered Money 24/7 by Jos Leijdekker
Quick Summary
The secret Mayagba Airfield located in the north of Sierra Leone is busy 24/7 importing and exporting dangerous and harmful substances including cocaine.
Eyewitnesses have noticed increased landings and departures of helicopters and planes done secretly in recent times as the drug trade continues under the supervision of Julius Maada Bio’s SLPP regime, aided and abetted by the drug baron Jos Leijdekker. The frequency of the arrivals and departures of the cocaine flights is frightening, and Sierra Leoneans are worried that the secret Mayagba Airport, led by Dutch drug fugitive Joseph Johannes Leijdekker aka Bolle Jos, should be stopped by the global community.
Investigations have revealed that dangerous operations, including importing and exporting illicit drugs such as cocaine, Kush, tramadol, and dealing in guns and ammunition, money laundering, are going on daily unhindered.
The mastermind is Europe’s most wanted drug lord, Bolle Jos, who is being protected by the SLPP regime of Julius Maada Bio, the father-in-law of Jos Leijdekker, with the full support of the sell-out APC leadership led by Osman Foday Yansaneh and fake 2028 APC flag bearers. The secret Mayagba Airport is being used because it is far away from public view and surveillance by officials of the international community who are monitoring the movements of drug lord Jos Leijdekker and the illegal President Maada Bio.
Social media activists and bloggers, Mr Ahmed in Sierra Leone and the hardworking Mr Ambassador Alie, have been exposing the Mayagba Airfield debacle for some time now, and it is overdue for the global partners to pay keen attention and nab the suspects.
Reports say the heavily militarised Mayagba Airfield, monitored by the illegal President Maada Bio, is being protected by SLPP Kamajor militias, with police and army officials deployed in the airport area for many months now.
The presence of the SLPP police and soldiers to protect the secret airport has prevented the locals from passing around the area where operations continue unabated. When not in use, the Mayagba Airfield runway is covered with trees, leaves and branches as camouflage. (Photo: Spain’s navy captured 40 tons of drugs on May 1st, 2026, from Sierra Leone).

Reports say the dusty Mayagba Airfield was first used by the AFRC military junta of Major Johanny Paul Koroma in 1998 to bypass the economic and military sanctions imposed on the junta boys then. It has been dormant for a while until Bio’s cocaine regime reopened it.
According to bloggers Ahmed and Ambassador Alie, Maada Bio and Jos Leijdekker are using the Mayagba Airfield to extract a priceless mineral deposit from the area for export purposes. The unique mineral deposit in question is found only in Sierra Leone.
It is high time for the international community to turn its attention to the Mayagba Airfield in northern Sierra Leone to stop the dangerous trade. The high presence of Kamajor militias should not deter intervention; the earlier, the better.
