Bio’s Soldiers Barricaded Lungi Airport Yesterday Shooting in the Air; Bio was Scared Foreign Security Would Stop USA Travel

Quick Summary

The days of the bloody Revolutionary United Front RUF rebels shooting helter-skelter in Sierra Leone reoccurred at Lungi Airport on Friday September 19, 2025.

Eyewitnesses could not understand what was going on at the Lungi International Airport yesterday morning when they heard sporadic gunshots ricochet in the peaceful Lungi sky, reminiscent of the eleven years of bloody civil war (1991-2002). (Photo: Bio is playing mind games to use force to stay in power, but he has already failed).

Thankfully, it was not a civil war on Friday, September 19, 2025, at Lungi Airport, but what took place was the deafening noise from the gunshots that reverberated in the Airport vicinity primarily because of Maada Bio’s rebel tactics to scare people to protect his travel.

Sources say Maada Bio arrived at dawn at Lungi to board his private jet to the USA, but he came with his ragtag Kamajor soldiers to provide security for him and to make sure no one, local or foreign, would obstruct his travel plans.

Coward Bio was scared that foreign security could stop or delay him from leaving the country, as happened last month when his UK-bound flight was delayed for over 16 hours by foreign security officials. They eventually escorted Bio to and from Britain, then. (Photo: President-Elect Dr Samura Kamara to be sworn in shortly).

Bio did not want the same delay to strike twice. So, he deployed his Kamajor soldiers at Lungi Airport yesterday morning to frighten people. Amid the melee, Bio was able to board the flight with so much of his luggage that it had never been seen in the presidential history of the airport.

Was Bio deserting his SLPP/Paopa people as he did in 1996 when he told his NPRC soldiers white lies about ‘Peace Before Elections’ but secretly left the country, leaving his soldiers disappointed? Friday’s shooting scare tactics worked as people were taken aback in Lungi.

Whatever Bio does now to play mind games means nothing as far as the transition of power is concerned. Bio is in the USA, not as president but as ECOWAS chairman. Even that would not permit him to address the UN Summit, the crème de la crème of the UN body.

ECOWAS Summit Update: Cocaine Bio is Scared of Handing the ECOWAS Chair to Senegal President Faye; Bio Prefers Anglophone to Francophone Successor!

The illegal Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio, who publicly stole the June 24, 2023 general and presidential elections, is a confused man today. Cocaine King Maada Bio is not only disoriented and jittery at this point when ECOWAS commissioners are in Freetown for the 69th summit, but Bio’s SLPP regime is entirely on the brink of causing more confusion within the ECOWAS commission. The illegitimate Sierra Leone President Bio is shamefully dragging his feet over the handing over of the ECOWAS chairmanship to the rightful individual, in the person of Senegalese President Bassirou Faye, who should have got it since last year when Bio bribed to get it. Diplomatic sources have hinted that Maada Bio, the current ECOWAS chairman who dubiously secured the position last year by bribing Nigerian President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, is not planning to transfer the ECOWAS chair to President Faye. ECOWAS leaders are expected in Freetown on July 19, 2026.

EBK’s Fake Freedom Won’t Distract EJ Win; His Arrest for Betraying Democracy Looms; Tinubu Happy to See EBK’s Back; Hope He Returns Sooner to Face Citizens

The fake freedom suspiciously arranged for Ernest Bai Koroma EBK is not only a fruitless distraction, but EBK’s immediate return will suit 2023 voters. It is a massive trump card indeed, especially for electoral justice campaigners who will eventually see judicial revenge for those who undermine the June 24, 2023, general and presidential elections. EBK is obviously the first accused and chief architect of selling the 2023 votes to his cocaine paymaster, Julius Maada Bio. That is why the dubious freedom dished out to cruel EBK by the electoral commander-in-thief Julius Maada Bio is wholeheartedly welcomed by electoral justice EJ fighters whose main ambition is to restore democracy and to put on trial the betrayers of the people’s mandate. At first glance, it is clear that EBK’s recent freedom, granted by the corrupt SLPP and APC parliamentarians, is a high-class trap for him. The dramatic overturning of the ridiculous treason charge against EBK in parliament, rather than in the High Court, is a monumental blunder, deception and distraction.
