Win-Win for APC as Letter has Global Partners’ Blessing to Expose ECSL’s Non-Compliance; June 19 Tripartite Date Stands
Abu Shaw London
15 June 2024
Yesterday, there was panic inside and outside Sierra Leone after the APC party issued a letter about withdrawing from the Tripartite Committee.
Panic-stricken Sierra Leoneans could not understand why at this eleventh hour the APC would suspend its participation on the Tripartite Committee. The lack of effective communications by the APC to the public added more jitters than necessary. If the APC party had proper and efficient Public Relations Officers this type of communication gap would not have happened. When you have APC sell-outs like PROs Sidi Yahya Tunis and Mohamed Pope Kamara, then you know that communication gap will occur. (Photo: US Ambassador David Hunt flanked by APC hierarchy, is determined to restore democracy in Sierra Leone).
Fortunately, the vigilance of APC Council of Media Bloggers and other patriotic media volunteers inside and outside the country on red alert 24/7 came to the rescue to clear the air making sure the public is given the necessary information to calm nerves and lessened the tension. As a result, hours after the APC withdrawal letter was released, the correct information behind the circumstances for the self-suspension was made public. Nerves were calmed last night after the ever ready bloggers APC Malaka Duplicate, Ambassador Alie and others released second audios to explain what really happened.
Even though there were idiots and bad Sierra Leoneans like Mallam who had already released a panic-stricken audio bluffing and misinforming the public. The APC letter would definitely be misconstrued by social media buffoon Adebayor who is campaigning for uprising in the country on behalf of his paymasters namely Julius Maada Bio, Chernor Ramadan Maju Bah aka Chericoco, Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray and others. But the majority of citizens are completely unimpressed with any uprising idea. The people of Sierra Leone are absolutely opposed to uprising now because they still believe that the Tripartite will release the best recommendations. It is clear that since the commencement of the Tripartite Committee investigations, the APC party has obeyed all the demands of the Committee. But the SLPP regime, especially the Electoral Commission for Sierra Leone ECSL has refused to abide by any of the requests made. Therefore, the APC has no alternative but to withdraw its participation until the ECSL obeyed the laws and to agree to submit the needed documents and to clarify how the 60% results was reached that prompted the ECSL to declare Maada Bio as the winner of the June 24, 2023 general and presidential elections.
After nearly two weeks of waiting, the ECSL crook Chairman Mohamed Kenewui Konneh and his ECSL colleagues have refused to cooperate fully. Their lack of cooperation with the Tripartite Investigations Committee is worrying and concerning but the continued lack of professionalism by the ECSL will virtually not affect or stop the Tripartite Committee from releasing its recommendations on or before June 19. In short, the Tripartite Committee is unstoppable no matter the circumstances. Political observers believe it is just a matter of time for the undemocratic situation to change into proper democratic governance.
The lack of ECSL’s cooperation has spurred the APC party to withdraw temporally from the Tripartite Committee probe until the ECSL starts to comply. SLPP supporters are bragging about Maada Bio winning State House again but they are equally disappointed that the ECSL boss Mr Konneh cannot defend his results. The Tripartite Investigations Committee has ordered Konneh and his other corrupt ECSL Commissioners to prove the results they declared on June 27, 2023 to be correct. But up to press time, the dodgy one tribe Mende hegemonic ECSL Commissioners are dodging and had no answers given. (Photo: Head of the ECOWAS/AU Delegation Aja Fatoumatta Jallow-J is coming soon. And Maada Bio knows his days are numbered).

The Tripartite Secretariat headed by the Australian Judge Kate Sullivan is running out of patience. Mohamed Konneh has been informed that the APC party has already submitted its own RRF forms to the Committee for further review. That was why the ECSL has been demanded to submit their own RRF forms in furtherance of the Tripartite investigations. But Mohamed Konneh cannot defend his own result that precipitated the declaration of Maada Bio as President. No wonder, the APC has decided to suspend its participation on the Committee as a protest to pile more pressure on the ECSL and force them to comply.
What the ECSL and SLPP electoral thieves are failing to fathom is the fact that the Committee’s work will not be deterred by any dodgy stakeholder because the timeline set by the Tripartite Committee would be met and on time. A top source close to the committee has confirmed this last night. That is why the earlier the ECSL and SLPP cooperate in full the better it would be for the democratic process and for the ECSL crooks. Also, keen political analysts believe Mohamed Konneh should take advantage of this submission to help himself from future legal problems. But the idiot Konneh is still dragging his feet to cooperate.
Dated June 14, 2024, the APC letter titled ‘APC Suspends its Participation on the Tripartite Committee’ made clear in this excerpt: “Given the SLPP’s refusal to engage in further discussions and provide the necessary documentations, the APC has no choice but to officially suspend its participation on the Tripartite Committee until the ECSL produces the necessary information for the Committee to conclude its findings and recommendations. Democracy adheres to internationally accepted standards, including the freedom for voters to elect the candidate of their choice. Therefore, as a political party, the APC cannot accept anything less,” says the letter signed by the National Secretary General Lansana Dumbuya Esq. Breach of Mandate and Trust, ECSL’s Non-Compliance with Election Clarification Request
By Andrew Kamara in Sweden
The ECSL’s failure to comply with the letter dated June 10, 2024, requesting thorough clarification of the fraudulent multi-tier election results demonstrates a significant breach of trust and appears to be a deliberate attempt to conceal the facts surrounding the alleged election theft. The Terms of Reference (TORs) are explicit: “Examine/investigate the results announced by ECSL/NEC for June 2023.”
Noncompliance with the demands of the APC three-party committee, which has the full endorsement of the entire governing body of the Tripartite, constitutes a serious violation of the committee’s mandate, specifically outlined on page 9, bulletin (ii): “Request access to all relevant documents, records, and information necessary for the conduct of its examination.”https://www.facebook.com/share/p/hTGKFtCKF648ZVnw/?mibextid=WC7FNe.
