Tuesday’s protest in New York at the United Nations General Assembly was a huge success for democracy thanks to the fifteen patriotic protesters including Sierra Leone Advocacy Movement SLAM – Global members who overcame the crowded SLPP protesters who donned their white and green party colours with the dancing traditional Gowbowey masquerade crowning it. The New York protest was reminiscent of the David and Goliath religious folklore. Though a few appeared for the historic demonstration on Tuesday September 24, 2024 against Maada Bio’s last six years of tyranny and the thieving of the June 24, 2023 elections, the blessed voices of the 15 patriotic protesters and SLAM turned out to be the greatest voices at the United Nations General Assembly on that day. The fifteen gallant guys demolished the crowded SLPP idiots, the real enemies of the people. Unfortunately, the APC Running Mate Chernor RM Bah aka Chericoco bribed APC USA members to boycott the protest.

However, the loud chanting from the fifteen gladiators was enough to blow away the SLPP Electoral Thieves led by the illegal President Maada Bio into smithereens. The shouting of slogans from the microphone directed at Bio’s delegation was so embarrassing and shameful that it visibly irritated Maada Bio particularly his Mob Justice wife Fatima Jabbe Bio who was seen running away in a hurry to board her vehicle ostensibly to escape the public ridicule and shame. Visibly uncomfortable and shocked was Maada Bio himself, who was never expecting to see patriotic Sierra Leone protesters, especially APC supporters, to storm the UN that day. Bio stupidly believed his SLPP agents had already convinced the entire members of the APC USA Branch to boycott any planned demonstration against him. And having already bribed heftily these corrupt APC USA sell-outs, Maada Bio was overconfident that only praise singers from his blind SLPP supporters would appear at the UN entrance.

But, unknown to all the bad Sierra Leoneans on that historic Tuesday, the fifteen patriotic protesters and SLAM namely ATM Machine, Comrades Raffic Perspective Scope, Esther Abibatu Daramy, Mohamed Warisay, Socrates, and others had already agreed to storm New York two days prior to the UN summit. With little cash and time at their disposal, the fifteen gallant soldiers rented a bus from Maryland to drive all the way to New York to execute their mission impossible as the 79^th session of the UN General Assembly was unfolding.

Speaking to the Perspective Scope last night, the great activist told the Organiser editor that initially they were dispirited when they arrived at the UN perimeter only to see large crowds of SLPP dancers and singers. The behaviour of the SLPP counter protesters was pathetic, having no regard for the extreme difficulties their suffering compatriots are facing back home. Undeterred by the SLPP crowds, Scope, Socrates, Warisay, ATM Machine, Esther and others galvanised themselves, ready to protest for the suffering people of Sierra Leone. Red and ready with the microphone and posters and placards blazing democratic slogans, the fifteen patriots and SLAM waited for Maada and his delegation to leave the UN building. Suddenly, Maada Bio and his proud delegation came out of the UN edifice where he had just delivered his so-called address as they descended the steps to greet the people outside. All hell broke loose. That short distance to their vehicles was enough for the fifteen gladiators to make their mark. The echoes from the microphone “Maada is a Killer”, “Bio is a Thief”, “Electoral Justice Now”, No MCC Money” was enough to unsettle Bio and cohorts.

As eyewitnesses observed what was happening, Maada Bio was visibly irritated, his face grimaced, grins on his forehead, eyes pulping out like a pregnant rabbit. His Lady Macbeth wife Fatima had no time to waste, but ran to her vehicle to escape the public humiliation. The blasts from ATM Machine’s microphone captivated the atmosphere and those present, including the New York Police Officers manning the area, were impressed with the only fifteen patriots overpowering the dozens of useless SLPP protesters who became silent as the graveyard.

The deafening noise from the fifteen patriots must have triggered the guilty consciences of the SLPP protesters. After the Bio had left the perimeter of the UN in shame, some of the equally stunned SLPP protesters shamelessly came to the fifteen patriots and even threatened SLAM and others. ATM Machine was of particular interest to the SLPP supporters being a south-easterner and a pure Mende man from Pujehun for that matter. The SLPP idiots expected ATM Machine to support the SLPP killing machine. But like other patriots, ATM Machine is a true patriot who loves his Sierra Leone dearly. Socrates, who explained into details what transpired at the New York protests, narrated that despite only fifteen protesters in number, they overwhelmed the dozens of SLPP supporters donning their green and white party colours to welcome their SLPP Electoral Thieves. “We believed we did better than expected and even the SLPP demonstrators confessed that we protested the above expectations in New York. It was clear that the SLPP protesters knew that they stole the elections and the guilty conscience was too visible on their faces.

“We are proud of what we achieved at the UN.” Socrates further advised the entire APC Grassroots supporters inside and outside Sierra Leone not to allow the party to be destroyed by the APC Executives who have clearly shown that they are traitors and enemies of Sierra Leone. Socrates finally levied wholehearted praises on the man of the show ATM Machine, the tall man patriot with the unmistakable voice who stormed the microphone with clear messages that captivated the New York Police and others present.

Socrates praised everyone who protested for the people of Sierra Leone. Finally, Socrates said APC Grassroots must stand up and protect the APC. “We must rise up against the traitorous APC Executives and tap their backs, otherwise the party is gone forever. He said some of the flippant SLPP protesters came to them and said, ‘your APC party is finished’. Citizens expressed delight at the protesters and added, “You guys did a fantastic job, and we are very proud of you all.” Meanwhile, following the SLPP threats, the US police officers had to escort the fifteen patriots and SLAM out of the UN perimeter for their own safety away from the SLPP mobsters.
