The protest will begin from 9 am until 1 pm in front of the ICC headquarters in The Hague. And I will present the petition between 10 am and 11 am when a Top Investigator of the ICC will receive the petition letter from the representative from the Concerned Sierra Leonean Worldwide. The petition complaint will centre on the many crimes against humanity covertly and overtly committed by the violent-oriented SLPP regime of Julius Maada Bio in the last five years of misrule and vandalism. These heinous crimes against innocent Sierra Leoneans began on April 04, 2018, when President Bio took the reign of office after succeeding President Ernest Bai Koroma of the APC government. Despite the summary executions of citizens by the SLPP thugs in police and military uniforms, President Bio has never addressed the nation to show sympathy or empathy to the victims and the bereaved families. His silence shows that he is the architect of the mayhem. However, Sierra Leoneans inside and outside the country have taken up the gauntlet to protest around the world and to highlight the human rights abuses deliberately and systematically committed and continue to be committed by the brutal SLPP Kamajor militias dressed in police and military attires and armed to the teeth. Patriotic Sierra Leoneans will join other compatriots around the world to primarily demonstrate and later present the petition of complaint that will highlight the crimes against humanity. The ICC expects to receive the Sierra Leone protesters today when the petition complaint letter will be officially presented to a Chief Investigator onwards to the Chief Prosecutor Barrister Karim Khan KC. Sierra Leone citizens who are residents of the European Union nations, the United States, and other countries will show in unison to remind the world of the police brutality and mass murders in Sierra Leone. Today from 9 am until 11 am Sierra Leone protesters will officially hand over the petition letter to the ICC.

Today’s petition is historic because it is the first time Sierra Leoneans around the world have gathered to make an official complaint against their wicked President and SLPP government officials to the ICC in The Hague. Meanwhile, the secret killings of citizens who emanate from the north and northwest of Sierra Leone and those associated with the APC party go on unabated under the watch of Maada Bio.
