‘Memuna’ Sengeh has publicly boasted that their illegal SLPP regime has implemented all the 8 Resolutions signed on October 18, 2023 by the two major political parties SLPP and the APC during the Peace and Unity Government Dialogue at the Bintumani Hotel in Freetown. All the 8 Resolutions witnessed by the international community are important. But the most significant one is Resolution 3, which touches on Electoral Investigations, i.e. Tripartite. Resolution 4 is also important, which touches on the release of politically motivated prisoners and freeing all APC supporters in detention.

Frankly speaking, only Resolutions 1 and 2 have been actually achieved. Resolution 1 touches on Maada Bio and Dr Samura Kamara addressing the nation. Resolution 2 was about the APC officials ordered to take their seats in governance, including the Members of Parliament, mayors, councillors, chairpersons, etc. These two have been achieved fully. And Resolution 3, i.e. Tripartite Committee investigations, have been largely achieved, but only the full implementation of the 84 recommendations remains to be seen. Resolutions 4, i.e. the freeing of political prisoners is far from over as well as Resolutions 5, 6, 7, and 8. Yet, the ‘Memuna’ Sengeh had the nerves to lie that SLPP regime had covered all these Resolutions.

In other words, ‘Memuna’ Sengeh has exposed the incompetence of the APC Executives. The important aspect of the Bintumani Agreement was the global endorsements it received from the ECOWAS Commission, the African Union AU, the European Union EU, and the United Nations Security Council. Sadly, the traitorous APC Executives had connived with the SLPP regime to undermine the Agreement but thank God it has backfired.

It was stupid for the SLPP Chief Minister ‘Memuna’ Sengeh to say his SLPP regime has covered all the 8 Resolutions. In his latest audio on October 17, 2024, ‘Memuna’ Sengeh bluntly accused the APC Executives of failing to ask for the implementation of Resolution 4 as well as the other Resolutions agreed at Bintumani last year. The APC Grassroots supporters are still vexed that the APC Executives have not done anything to free Dr Samura Kamara from the politically motivated New York Chancery Mission case that the Bio presidency had brought upon the APC leader unjustly in the last three years. Resolution 4 Committee, initially chaired by snitch Chernor Bah aka Chericoco, has been a big failure.

Today, the sell-out APC Executives led by Minkailu Mansaray continue to be silent on ‘Memuna’ Sengeh’s lies about adopting all the Resolutions on the Bintumani Agreement. It is no wonder that the recent foreign visitors Co-Chaired by the former Gambian Vice President Aja Fatoumata Jallow-Tambajang questioned Minkailu if he had sent any letters to Maada Bio in this regard.

Minkailu’s answer was negative. It is obvious the present officials of SLPP and APC are the greatest enemies of the people. Sierra Leone voters are very unlucky to have so-called government ministers who lie to the people with reckless abandon. They have no hesitation in spreading misleading information in order to deceive. One such high-profile liar is the SLPP Chief Minister David Sengeh.

Popularly known as ‘Memuna’ Sengeh because of his gay exploits, Sengeh has the temerity to lie that there is peace and unity in the country today due to his President Julius Maada Bio’s ‘good’ governance. What bothers the people most is the total lack of patriotism shown by the traitorous APC Executives led by Minjailu Mansaray, who are collaborating with the illegal Maada Bio presidency to spread misinformation and undermine democracy in the country. Minkailu is aiding and abetting ‘Memuna’ Sengeh to misinform the people about the 8 Resolutions.

Blank, zilch, zero, answer came from Minkailu Mansaray because his APC Executives had sold their soul to Maada Bio at the detriment of Sierra Leoneans including but not limited to the innocent prisoners still behind bars. ‘Memuna’ Sengeh is aware of Minkailu’s betrayal. Yet, he could not hesitate to lie that all 8 Resolutions had been covered. A white lie is a white lie ‘Memuna’ Sengeh and Minkailu.
