Second Launch of SLAM-Global Occurs Next Month in the USA; Will It Obscure 1st Launch in 2025 in London? Join Blockbuster Event in Virginia
The Sierra Leone Advocacy Movement SLAM-Global is on the airwaves again for the right reasons, as the second launch by the organisation is next month.
SLAM-Global, one of the most popular pressure groups originating from the Sierra Leone community, will hold its second historic launch in the United States of America on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
All Sierra Leoneans and foreign friends are invited to Virginia for the blockbuster launch, which the American-based SLAM-Global members organising the event have vowed to be second to none.
The first memorable launch of SLAM-Global was held in London on May 31, 2025, when SLAM members from far and wide, including independent Sierra Leone observers and foreign friends, gathered to grace the launch in style.
Come September 19, 2026, SLAM-Global officials and ordinary members working around the clock to make the Virginia launch a massive success want to supersede the London launch. Tickets are sold to anyone interested in attending the launch.
Names of the ticket sellers include Mrs Fatima Sissay in the UK, Madam Marie H Kamara in Europe, Mr Ahmed Wurie, Abibatu Daramy, and Lionel J. Sen-Sesay in America, who are responsible for ticket sales and reservations.
