President Trump Addresses UN Today in Manhattan; British PM, Other World Leaders Aware of Sierra Leone’s Drug Hub; US, EU to Remind Bio About Drugs

By Abu Shaw London

The United Nations General Assembly UNGA will kick off properly today after the United States President Donald Trump officially opens the 81st UN Conference in Manhattan, New York.

Playing a central in his speech is the increase in drug trafficking around the world. Around 130 world leaders, including the British Prime Minister Andy Burnham, are in New York. The cocaine trade is central. This will place Sierra Leone’s illegal President Julius Maada Bio at the centre of humiliation and bombardment. (Photo: Trump to address the UNGA today).

The preliminary session of the 81st UNGA summit, which started the first week of this month when leaders of charities and small and big businesses spoke to promote their respective objectives, will see world leaders start making speeches on vital national and global issues.

President Trump will be the first world leader to address the UNGA by virtue of being the host nation, and other leaders will follow suit in terms of political seniority and status, such as G7 leaders, G20 leaders, and so on. The UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, will speak. (Photo: PM Burnham in New York).

It is obvious that the drug smuggling ring worldwide will be one of the central topics to be discussed at this year’s UNGA conference. And Sierra Leone, under the cocaine and illegal President Bio, is expected to be named and shamed directly or indirectly by world leaders.

The American president is a fervent campaigner against illicit drug smuggling networks, and it would be a surprise if Trump’s UN address does not feature the drugs pandemic prominently. Presently, three US security agencies led by the FBI are investigating the rise in Liberia.

Even in neighbouring Sierra Leone, where the cocaine is emanating from, FBI agents are probing the importation and exportation of these dangerous drugs. That is why Sierra Leoneans would welcome Trump to mention Sierra Leone, the origin of the narcotics. (Photo: Poor Maada Bio will be rattled at the UN Hall).

Other speeches on drug escalation are expected to come from the European Union EU, the foremost critic of the drug pandemic in Sierra Leone, where Europe’s most wanted drug fugitive, Joseph Leijdekker, aka Bolle Jos or Omar Sheriff, is presently taking refuge.

Last week, the EU Parliament voted to pass resolutions to impose punitive financial and economic sanctions on Sierra Leone simply because the illegal Bio regime has flatly refused to extradite Bolle Jos, the Dutch drug baron and murderer, to the Netherlands.

Despite all the diplomatic pressures to convince Maada Bio to hand over his son-in-law Omar Sheriff, Bio is expected to face embarrassment in the UNGA Hall, especially when world leaders start talking about the rise of drug trafficking in West Africa and the world. Even if the name Sierra Leone is not mentioned by the world leaders, Maada Bio and his little delegation sitting there listening would know that the world is eyeing them, which will definitely irritate the Bio delegation and their novice supporters worldwide.

And as the global pressure mounts on the illegality of Bio for his direct involvement in the drug trafficking and smuggling network, coupled with the electoral thievery in 2023 and, before that, the flagrant human rights abuses of innocent citizens, only one option remains.

The primary option left is the removal of the Bio presidency from power by any means necessary, either peacefully or by force of arms. The latter is more likely following Bio’s reluctance to transfer power to the legal winner of the 2023 election, Dr Samura Kamara. (Photo: EU Headquarters in Brussels).

Now, at the 81st UNGA summit in New York, the ceiling is gradually falling on the head of cocaine Bio, who is present in the UN Hall despite being a pariah and a rejected leader among the leaders of the world. The 27 EU nations dropped a bombshell last week.

It apparently means that, sooner rather than later, Maada Bio’s days will be numbered, and justice will take its course after the legitimate President-elect, Dr Samura Kamara, is sworn in as the next President of Sierra Leone—more drama at the UN until September 28.

UN Appearance Means Zero; The Bios’ Illegality Remains at the UN; Brutes Like Gaddafi Spoke at the UN; Next Minute He was Killed; Sierra Leoneans, Don’t Worry

The United Nations is designed to always allow every Jack and Jill in its midst; dictators, tyrants, despots, killers, evil forces, often attend, but their hatred & illegitimacy still remain. Bloodthirsty and illegal President Julius Maada Bio and his mob-justice wife, Fatima Jabbe Bio, are classic examples of dictators known to member states of the United Nations and the world. But as the UN never bans tyrants, the Bios can still appear, but it makes no difference at all. Honest history has taught us one salient fact about attendees at the United Nations General Assembly. Not everyone who attends or addresses the UN General Assembly summit is loved or recognised as legitimate, democratic or a decent human being. Despite the immense freedom to attend the UN, many world leaders are reluctant to appear at the UN summit in New York for security reasons, mainly. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni of Uganda, President Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong-Un of North Korea are examples.

Marathon Race Ends Soon: New ECOWAS President General Diop from Senegal Takes Over from Gambian Traitor Touray; Real Work Began Yesterday

The real work of the newly refreshed Economic Community of West African States ECOWAS has commenced following the official handing over yesterday in Abuja. It was a milestone for West Africans and the world yesterday to witness the handover of power from the Gambian traitor, Dr Omar Alieu Touray, to General Birame Diop at the new ECOWAS Commission Headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. The Commission held the formal welcome and send-off ceremony for incoming and outgoing statutory appointees and Heads of ECOWAS Institutions, following the completion of the former leadership’s four-year tenure. It was during the historic event that General Birame DIOP of Senegal officially assumed office as the new President of the ECOWAS Commission, amid applause, succeeding Dr Omar Alieu Touray of The Gambia. Since President Bassirou Faye of Senegal succeeded the useless, unfit, and illegal Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio as ECOWAS chair on July 19, 2026, in Lungi, Sierra Leone, very little has been done to move the rejuvenated ECOWAS forward.
