Kenyan Judge Teasing Minkailu: “Your People Waiting Outside for Your Message” Not a Mere Joke at the Moral Guarantors’ Meet

The attempted provocation meted out to the APC National Chairman Minkailu Mansaray by the retired Kenyan Judge was the highlight of that meeting.
Certain observers could take that joke as a mere tease, but in reality and from the forensic point of view, that joke was a serious indictment of the APC leadership in general, and Minkailu Mansaray in particular. Keen political analysts believe the retired Kenyan Judge’s comment “Your People are Waiting Outside for Your Message” was not a mere joke. (Photo: Kenyan retired Justice Mbogholi).
The retired Kenyan Judge was simply indicting the APC executives of betraying their own voters. Poking fun at or making jokes of serious political matters to any stakeholder – whether internal or external – is never expected to be a trivial issue in such an international meeting of that magnitude. It is more serious than some people might fathom.
The comment made by the retired Kenyan Justice Amraphael Mbogholi Msagha in response to Minkailu Mansaray’s ridiculous 2028 bluff stood out big time. Justice Msagha’s comment has really shone brightly on the horizon, a situation that has given Sierra Leoneans an optimistic sight to achieve electoral justice sooner rather than later.
Simply put, the retired Kenyan Justice Msagha was responding to the traitorous APC Chair Minkailu’s ridiculous statement that he prefers electoral reforms to electoral justice. Minkailu’s impossible task to prepare for Maada Bio’s 2028 agenda, as he recently mentioned during the moral guarantors’ consultations, is out of touch as far as the APC Grassroots are concerned. It was succinct that the foreign visitors had seen the messages displayed on the placards held by the peaceful protesters outside the APC Head Office when they arrived. The meeting on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, clearly showed that Sierra Leone is on a time bomb if electoral justice is not restored as soon as possible.
The chaotic activities outside the APC office in Freetown, between the APC Grassroots peaceful protesters and the SLPP police armed to the teeth with blockades on the roads, did show real signs of abnormality. As the ECOWAS Stabilisation Forces are at the advance stage of coming for deployment, the response from the Kenyan Judge Justice Msagha to school the idiotic Minkailu was spot on.
As well as schooling the buffoon APC executives could not have come at the right time and place. It was precisely the reason why one of the two Co-Chairs from the foreign delegation Aja Fatoumata Jallow-Tambajang, the former Gambian Vice President had to grill Minkailu Mansaray on letters that he might have communicated to the SLPP regime calling for the release of political detainees as enshrined in Resolution 4 of the Bintumani Communique.
Political observers who keenly analysed the three-day meetings last week between the foreign visitors and the SLPP, APC, and the rest of the state-captured institutions have correctly concluded that the Kenyan Judge’s comment was the most singular achievement for the people of Sierra Leone whose votes were stolen in broad daylight by Bio in connivance with the corrupt Electoral Commission for Sierra Leone ECSL. The peoples’ voices matter and democracy and the restoration of constitutional rule should be paramount, according to the announcement of the ECOWAS Chairman Ahmed Tinubu, who is also the Nigerian President. “Your people are waiting for you outside for your message” directed at the sell-out Minkailu was ridiculed by Kenyan Judge Mbogholi during the meeting at the APC office.
The ridicule of the year definitely occurred, the statement that came about in reaction to Minkailu mentioning Bio’s 2028 agenda and making it clear that his main ambition is electoral reforms and not electoral justice that the APC Grassroots supporters believe in. Justice Msagha reminded the APC traitors that the APC supporters are waiting outside for their messages. Here is the full statement made by Justice Mbogholi in reaction to Minkailu’s bluff: “First of all, I am happy to come back to Sierra Leone. One year down the line, I participated in the peace talks.
“I am happy to be here again to see how far you have gone through. Let me commend you Mr Chairman for what you said that there is calm in the party and its members. I think this is commendable. In all fairness, if that is what has brought calmness in the society, you deserve that crown. I think I commend the leadership to go out there to deliver the message to the supporters who are waiting for you,” Justice Mbogholi ridiculed useless Minkailu.
It was clear that the moral guarantors had noticed and seen the APC protesters’ displayed placards heralding ‘Electoral Justice’ messages. Minkailu disgraced himself after failing to answer the question posed by the Co-Chair Aja Fatoumata Jallow-Tambajang whether there had been any letter to SLPP for Resolution 4 i.e. the release of political prisoners.
