ICC Closes In On 380 Suspects: Bio & Cohorts, APC Officials Etc. are in the Net; ICC Raises Tempo During Two SLPP Ministers’ Visit

This is good news for victimised Sierra Leoneans coming from the International Criminal Court ICC and the Residual Special Court for Sierra Leone RSCSL.
Latest information has confirmed that ICC and Special Court are closing in on 380 suspects who bear the greatest responsibility of human rights and electoral abuses. The 380 suspicious persons named on the ICC/Special Court list include, but are not limited to, the ruling SLPP party alone. Names on the list also contain traitorous APC Executives and corrupt media personnel. (Photo: ICC Head Office in Den Haag).
Other names on the ICC/Special Court list expected to face indictment are bad social media activists, corrupt traditional chiefs, the unprofessional officers in the military and police, most civil society organisations CSOs leaders, other security sectors and of course bad politicians who continue to undermine the democratic process and electoral justice.
The intervention of the Residual Special Court for Sierra Leone’s RSCSL and the ICC to bring those bearing the greatest responsibilities to justice is very significant for the Sierra Leone victims. For the international community to pay keen attention to Sierra Leone, judicial-wise is fantastic development to uphold the rule of law.
Thank goodness, God is slowly but surely answering the crying calls of suffering citizens due to the persistence of ICC and Special Court to adjudicate justice for the innumerable victims of human rights violations, crimes against humanity and genocide by the brutal Bio regime. (Photos: ICC Chief Karim Khan KC is persistent on suspect number one Maada Bio).

And the recent invitation to the ICC in The Hague of the SLPP Attorney General and Minister of Justice Mohamed Lamin Tarawally and the Internal Affairs Minister Talluvah shows the determination of the ICC to indict more suspects as possible in Sierra Leone. Reports say ICC is closing in on barbaric Maada Bio and other human rights abusers in Sierra Leone.
Days after the ICC visit and after having been briefed about the impending ICC indictment, the SLPP Attorney General and Minister of Justice Mohamed Lamin Tarawally and Minister Talluvah voluntarily resigned even before arriving home. The illegal Sierra Leone President Maada Bio was shocked about Tarawally and Talluvah’s resignations after their hectic visitation to the ICC in Den Haag.
Minister Tarawally was invited to Den Haag, popularly known as The Hague, to meet with the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court ICC Karim Khan KC on December 9, to discuss issues pertaining to human rights violations in Sierra Leone. Documents were reportedly signed, and this sent panic to the Justice Minister.
Sources say the ICC meeting was bad news for the unelected Sierra Leone President Maada Bio. ICC Chief was frank about pursuing the numerous human rights abuses, crimes against humanity and genocide committed in Sierra Leone under the Bio regime. What transpired at the ICC last week was fantastic news for the majority of suffering people in Sierra Leone after the Justice Minister Tarawally’s experience with the Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan KC. It’s no surprise today that Bio is scared to travel abroad and that’s why he sent his buffoon VP Juldeh Jalloh to the ECOWAS meeting in Abuja.
Moreover, the recent ICC indictment of the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for war crimes in Gaza has escalated Bio’s blood pressure and apparently his violent-oriented SLPP caboodle, whose performances in the last six and half horrible years are nothing good home to talk about.
Coincidence or not, upon the return of Minister Tarawally, the beleaguered Maada Bio who felt let down by Lamin Tarawally’s inability to convince the ICC boss replaced him. But reliable sources say Minister Tarawally jumped early before embattled Bio pushed him out on December 13. Bio did not like the news from the ICC.
At the ICC in Netherlands, Minister Tarawally and Talluvah were told about serious legal issues surrounding the crimes against humanity committed from April 4, 2018 to the present which do not favour the Bio presidency. Minister Tarawally and Minister Talluvah thought it wise to resign rather than stay. (Photo: Former Justice Minister Lamin Tarawally).

The legal complications waiting for Bio and cohorts are too much to bear. All in all, international pressure is mounting on Maada Bio and his illegitimate SLPP regime from all angles i.e. political, economic, legal, etc. These are indicators that global partners are ready to act.
The ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan KC had met Maada Bio two times now and should have been third had Maada Bio not absconded by going AWOL into far away Lebanon a few months ago to avoid a meeting with the ICC Chief in Freetown. VP Juldeh welcomed him that day.
After months of dodging, Bio was eventually cornered at the last UN meeting in New York, where he was given a letter for his crimes. Sierra Leoneans are hoping the ICC and Special Court for Sierra Leone would deliver justice for the thousands of victims of extrajudicial killings sooner.
