Foreign Visit Ends Today: Bio & Minkailu Receive Very Low Marks on Bintumani Agreement and Tripartite Questions

The progress reports on the implementation of the Bintumani Dialogue Agreement for both the SLPP regime and APC Executives are very poor.
Scaling it from one to ten, sources close to the Fact-Finding team from the international community say the SLPP regime of the illegal President Julius Maada Bio failed miserably by netting a mere 2 over 10; While the APC Executives could only muster 3 out of 10. It clearly indicates that both the SLPP and APC Executives have disappointed the foreign visitors. (Photo: Foreign visitors ready to leave Freetown after finishing the assessment trip).
The only clear winner here, according to the same sources, is the APC leader Dr Samura Kamara whose commitment to the full implementation of both the Bintumani Agreement signed on October 18, 2023 by the SLPP and the APC parties and the 84 Tripartite Recommendations agreement signed by the same parties, is clear as crystal.
The Fact-Finding Assessment team came primarily to cross check every nook and cranny of the political situation in Sierra Leone and to make the final conclusion on the way forward in the democratisation process. And from the look of things inside the SLPP regime and the APC party, only one conclusion emerged. And that is Electoral Justice, the way forward.
Dr Samura Kamara, the APC Presidential Candidate in last year’s general elections is the clear winner even though his executives in the main opposition APC party do not support him for reasons which could only be described as a betrayal of democracy and constitutional rule. The incumbent Bio stole the June 24 polls with the help of state-captured institutions.

The international visitors would depart Freetown today after gathering everything they needed to be presented to their principals at ECOWAS, AU, EU, UN and the Commonwealth. Reports say this is the last foreign team visit before the final implementation of the Tripartite Committee recommendations, including the 4 contentious areas, are carried out.
After hectic meetings with state-captured institutions and corrupt individuals, including the APC Executives led by Minkailu Mansaray and cohorts, the three days consultations ended poorly for the two major political parties as their commitments to carry out the Bintumani Agreement and the Tripartite are low. But the APC protesters reportedly scored high marks.
Luckily, the foreign visitors saw major problems, that Sierra Leoneans still yearning for Electoral Justice thanks to the protests and saw instability due to police brutality. The global delegates ended the meetings and will leave Freetown today after gathering enough information about their two main missions in the country in the last three days. Sources say the UNOWAS Chief Leonardo Santos had already left. Bravo to the protesters in detention.
