Nowadays, not a single week passes by without international delegations coming to visit the unelected and illegal Sierra Leone President Bio.
The foreign visitors are apparently coming to pile more pressure on the electoral commander-in-thief President Julius Maada Bio to remind him and his corrupt SLPP regime that the June 24, 2023 elections were fraudulent, not credible, not free, not fair, not transparent and not accountable. (Photo: Maada and Dr Samura Kamara).
And ostensibly, they are visiting to remind Maada Bio that his occupation at State House is illegitimate and to also tell him that the right things should be done to allow electoral justice to happen for the benefit of all and sundry in Sierra Leone and the outside world, because today, no one is benefitting.
Sierra Leone is a bankrupt country as a result of financial and economic embargo imposed by the international community at the embryonic stage immediately after last year’s stolen elections, thus exacerbating the suffering of the people. And unless electoral justice is done, Sierra Leone will continue to face untold hardship. (Photo: Maada received Boakai).

The latest foreign visitors to remind the incompetent Maada Bio are five officials from the African Union, from ECOWAS and from the International Criminal Court ICC. Reports say the five intelligence officials who arrived on November 23, 2024 came to engage the beleaguered Maada Bio in Freetown regarding electoral justice.
State House sources say they came to warn Maada Bio to respect the results of last year’s elections as national and international institutions knows that Bio lost the June 24, 2023 elections but stole it broad daylight from the rightful owner Dr Samura Kamara of the APC party. And that is why Sierra Leone has stagnated today. No forward movements.

Of the five intelligence officials, two came from the African Union and two came from ECOWAS and one from the ICC. These foreign visitors arrived shortly after the Liberia President Joseph Boakai left Freetown after he too had advised Bio to respect a peaceful democratic transition of power. President Boakai was sent by ECOWAS.
Now, the five foreign visitors who had four hours intensive meeting with Bio shows that international pressure is not dissipating at all as far as electoral justice is concerned. Thanks to the ingenuity of Dr Samura Kamara, the voters of Sierra Leone are very hopeful that electoral justice is round the corner. And Christmas would surely come early for everyone.
