The personal security officers who have been providing personal security for Dr Samura Kamara as a result of being the presidential candidate for the main opposition APC party were not only unjustly withdrawn but were also disarmed last night. The withdrawal and disarming of Dr Samura Kamara’s personal security officers was endorsed by the SLPP Inspector General of Police William Fayia Sellu after being forcefully convinced by the corrupt APC Executives chaired by Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray to violate the electoral laws in Sierra Leone by withdrawing the security of a presidential candidate. The illegal President Julius Maada Bio is the brain behind the dangerous plans.

This unlawful behaviour by the SLPP police chief has alerted the international community including ECOWAS, the African Union, the United Nations Security Council, European Union, and Commonwealth and they have raised serious concerns and warned Maada Bio in no uncertain terms that the safety of Dr Samura Kamara is paramount and nothing bad should happen to him. Latest investigations have revealed that the brutal agents of the SLPP regime of the illegitimate President Maada Bio are planning to assassinate the APC presidential candidate Dr Samura Kamara for being a stumbling block to Bio’s second term approval. And that is why they have decided to withdraw his security first before they could execute their next nefarious plans.

Sources at State House last night have also confirmed that the Bio presidency want to orchestrate a Palace coup as the second plan before they could drag innocent names of top politicians like Alhaji Ibrahim Kemoh Sesay, Chief Sumano Kapen 111 who are fighting for electoral justice into the net. The third step is to carry out arbitrary arrests and detentions and the possible assassinations.

All these evil plots have the blessing of the bad politicians in the APC Executives led by National Chairman Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray, Secretary General Lansana Dumbuya, Publicity Secretary Sidi Yahya Tunis, his deputy Pope Kamara, Kasho Holland Cole and others. The APC nincompoops are failing to realise that Dr Samura Kamara was voted for by APC delegates in Makeni in 2023 as flag-bearer and then nominated as presidential candidate for last year’s elections. The leadership title is automatically assumed upon becoming a presidential candidate. In fact, Dr Samura has already relinquished the leadership role a few months ago.

Yet, the stupid APC Executives still believe they could violate the APC 2022 Constitution which states that any elected position lasts for three years. As presidential candidate, the law says the candidate should resign after six months of the announcement of the elections results provided there is no petition ongoing like the Tripartite process today.

There is no doubt that the June 24, 2023 elections are still not over until it is over. But the doomsters in the APC Executives and the blind SLPP/Paopa supporters do believe last year’s elections are done and dusted simply because they do hate Dr Samura Kamara who actually won the June 24 elections by netting 57.15% defeating the incumbent Maada Bio on 40%. However, the APC Grassroots supporters are in total support of Dr Samura Kamara whom they believe is standing with them to achieve electoral justice. Even the international community believe Bio’s SLPP regime did not win last year’s elections. Thanks to Tripartite, ECOWAS forces shall be deploying in Sierra Leone very soon to restore democracy and constitutional rule.

Perturbed and disorientated over the prospects of Dr Samura Kamara’s imminent presidency, the Minkailus and Chernor RM Bah aka Chericocos of this world are determined to stop the electoral justice train for the benefit of their paymaster Maada Bio. And that is why they are trying to demoralise Dr Samura Kamara by withdrawing his security and potentially to harm him. But, electoral justice shall win.
