Christmas Comes Early for Electoral Justice: Bio Shockingly Dodges ECOWAS Meet Slated for Dec 11- 15: VP Juldeh Deputises

Truly, Christmas has come early for the suffering masses in Sierra Leone who are praying, hoping and fighting for restoration of electoral justice.
Shockingly but unsurprisingly, the travel-mad unelected Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio has dodged an important meeting in Abuja tomorrow hosted by the Economic Community of West African States ECOWAS.
What is the motivating factor that dissuaded the illegal President Bio to snub the ECOWAS meeting of Heads of States to be held tomorrow? One conspicuous answer comes to mind. It has now dawned on Maada Bio that his days are numbered as an illegitimate leader.
This is Maada Bio who has travelled over 125 times abroad since he luckily took power on April 4, 2018. Suffering citizens are used to Bio going overseas on very flimsy programmes like cooking in Paris, visited Kenya uninvited where he was disgracefully called Mbaryo.
How come Bio decided to boycott tomorrow’s ECOWAS meeting is the talk of the town. He knows that Sierra Leone will be the central topic in Abuja where ECOWAS leaders are meeting to take final action to resolve the fragile situation in the sub-region.

The jittery Maada Bio is aware of what is happening to his illegal SLPP regime. Secretly, he is negotiating his exit but in public; he is showcasing bravado to hide the fact that he publicly and shamelessly stole the people’s mandate on June 24, 2023 multi-tier elections.
The good news is that Christmas shall come early because the international community that sponsored last year’s elections are determined to restore democracy and constitutional rule by any means necessary in Sierra Leone i.e. peacefully or by force.
The recent developments are indicative of global partners’ resolve to restore democracy. The 200 military vehicles and 26,000 communication gadgets donated by the US government to augment ECOWAS Stabilisation Forces in Sierra Leone are examples.
Also, the high-profile visits of the Liberia President Joseph Boakai to warn Bio of the peaceful democratic transition of power message and the meeting of the five former First Ladies with Fatima Jabbe Bio etc. are pointers indicating that electoral justice is in the underway. Behind the scenes machinations are in high gear to admonish Bio that he should hand over power to the legitimate President-Elect Dr Samura Kamara of the APC party who won by 58.3% of last year’s elections, according to 96% of the RRFs in possession of the EU.
This is the first time the travel-mad Bio has not left Sierra Leone, staying in the country for nearly two months now. What is going on, Mr President? It is time to tell your blind SLPP/Paoap supporters the whole truth about your imminent exit from State House.
Do not mind Maada Bio’s recent mind games he continues to play by making new government appointments here and there. He is slyly fooling his gullible SLPP/Paopa supporters who hardly see beyond their blocked noses. He did it in 1996, remember?
Signs of the peaceful democratic transfer of power are the horizon. The unelected President Bio is under tremendous pressure. No wonder this is the first time since 2018, Maada Bio has dodged an ECOWAS meeting in Abuja. Why? There is only one explanation. (Photo: ECOWAS Chairman President Ahmed Tinubu).

Maada Bio decided to boycott this week’s ECOWAS Heads of States Meeting because the embattled and illegal President Bio is scared of something very serious, almost insurmountable as far as he is concerned. The mounting global pressure is unbearable.
The ECOWAS meeting started on the 11th with Foreign Ministers and Army Chiefs representing. Tomorrow, on the 15th of December, it would be the Heads of states convening. This is an important meeting that Bio could not afford to miss. But why did he dodge? (Photo: President-Elect Dr Samura Kamara).

The answer is simple and straightforward. The writing is on the wall. Maada is a man who has never stayed in the country for two months in a row without shuttling around the world. But today he is reluctant to meet his former colleagues in Abuja, Nigeria.
Instead of going, Bio is being represented by his stay-home VP Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, who is always at home while Bio is honeymooning around. Shamefully it is the turn for VP Juldeh to go on the world tour. Interesting times for electoral justice as Christmas comes early.
