The illegal President Bio has successfully bought the services of most media houses including the AYV Media, the notorious 98.1 FM, state captured Sierra Leone Broadcasting Corporation SLBC, Wi Yard, Liberty TV, BBC’s Umaru Fofana, VOA’s Kelvin Lewis and other fakers. Worse is the Sierra Leone Association of Journalist SLAJ and the BBC reporter Umaru Fofana, whose ultimate agenda has always been the propagation of misinformation and disinformation in favour of their paymasters in the incompetent SLPP regime. Today also, these unprofessional media hustlers are also being misused by the most corrupt APC Executives in history chaired by Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray, Secretary General Lansana Dumbuya, others.

The primary aim of these bad APC executives is to undermine electoral justice and to tarnish the saintly image of their presidential candidate and flagbearer, Dr Samura Kamara, whom they hated so much for no justifiable reasons. This hatred has been intensified in the aftermath of the fraudulent June 24, 2023 elections, which the incumbent Bio publicly stole from the real winner Dr Samura Kamara. Now, the evil APC Executives are collaborating with the electoral thieves in the SLPP regime to stop the peoples’ choice from taking power. This is where the dubious services of the highly corrupt media hustlers named above come in. It pains professional journalists to see these Fakers and Crackers calling themselves media practitioners using blackmail tactics to distort news and betray the citizens by turning a blind eye to electoral justice.

The deliberate and systematic distortions of facts and figures by the above named media houses in Sierra Leone have ostensibly destroyed and continue to inflict unbearable pains on innocent people for selfish financial purposes. Presently, these Fakers and Crackers have been recruited again and paid handsomely by the APC Executives to spread misleading information about the APC leader.

Today, they are falsely saying that Dr Samura Kamara has been removed from the flagbearer position. What a load of rubbish. No one has the right to remove Dr Samura Kamara at this point in time as the next APC Convention will be held in 2026 when elections of officials will take place. It was clear that Dr Samura Kamara set a historical record after receiving over 1,300 votes from the APC delegates, thereby dwarfing all the other APC candidates put together. All the rest of the flag bearer aspirants could not even net 300 votes combined. The bad APC Executives have clearly sold their birth-rights to evil Bio, who continues to bribe media fakers to spread lies about Dr Samura and destroy democracy.

It is unpalatable and, of course, an eyesore to see so-called media practitioners propping up electoral thieves who undermine democracy and constitutional rule. No wonder the people of Sierra Leone do not respect these fake media outlets in Sierra Leone anymore. The most disappointing episode in the entire ongoing bribery and corruption scandal in Sierra Leone is the continuous contamination of the minds of gullible citizens with false news. Today, sizeable numbers of Sierra Leoneans, including highly educated citizens, are falling prey to the sustained SLPP/Paopa campaign lies to confuse the population by burying bad news that goes against the illegal SLPP regime and their paymaster Maada Bio.

These fake media hustlers have woefully failed to support electoral justice and democracy because it is not in the interest of their paymaster Bio. They have betrayed the voters after Bio stole the votes on June 24, 2023 elections. It is not all doom and gloom for the Sierra Leone media, however. There are a handful of decent media outlets like Exclusive, Nationalist, News Watch etc. that put patriotism above betrayal of honest journalism.
