Keen political, social and media analysts, who understand the inner workings of Julius Maada Bio’s myopic mind have concluded without a shadow of a doubt that the so-called coup is a fake, a concocted plan hatched by Maada Bio’s illegal SLPP regime to divert attention from the on-going Tripartite Investigations Committee in Sierra Leone. It is clear as daylight how jittery and unsettled the cronies of Maada Bio look in recent times following the tightening of the screws on the Bio regime as the Tripartite Committee goes into full gear. Maada Bio is fully aware of the disadvantage he and his corrupt-minded SLPP thugs are facing at the outset of the Three-Cross-Party investigations into the fraudulent June 24, 2023, general and presidential elections.

Yesterday’s dramatic fake military coup was born out of this fear factor at the State House. As a consequence, the panic-stricken Bio presidency is using diversionary tactics to unsettle the Tripartite Committee which is determined to unearth all the frauds in the June 24 elections, that criminally catapulted Maada Bio into power, through the help of the crook chairman of the Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone ECSL Mohamed Konneh. Bio’s SLPP regime is yet to be recognised and congratulated by the whole world.

As the Tripartite Committee, comprising the SLPP, the APC party and the International Community continue to squeeze the oxygen out of the Bio colony, the majority of Sierra Leoneans are hopeful that justice is in the air to restore the people’s mandate but the Maada Bio regime is clearly uncomfortable with the direction of the Tripartite Committee because they believe the final recommendations will see them out of power sooner rather than later.

The agenda about yesterday’s fake coup was also put into action to move the focus away from the numerous secret killings of prisoners in the SLPP custody. It is turned for the Bio presidency to release all political detainees as demanded by the Tripartite Committee but most of the prisoners have been summarily executed by Presidential Guards since 2018 when Maada Bio came to power. Bio knows that his illegal regime cannot produce these prisoners alive so a prison break was planned to justify the missing prisoners whenever demanded.

Resolution 4 of the Tripartite Agreement in the Communique born out of the October 18, 2023 Dialogue is next on the agenda to be applied. That is the release of all those arrested for political electoral and political reasons. Bio’s fake coup has backfired as the tripartite noose tightens around SLPP’s neck. Last week, Bio wanted to insert the evil Civil Society Organisations CSOs, the useless Sierra Leone Associations of Journalists SLAJ, the corrupt Traditional Chiefs etc. to be part of the Tripartite Committee but the Bio plans were rebuffed by the APC and the global partners.

Now, yesterday, Bio ordered the attack on the Wilberforce Military Base. The fake coup is to undermine Resolution 4 which is to release prisoners. This Tripartite breach has already backfired on Maada. This is because the ongoing Three-Cross-Party investigations into the fraudulent June 24, 2023 election are tightening the tiny necks of the Bio presidency. Yet, the Bio slaves are blaming the APC and Concerned Sierra Leoneans for the dubious coup in the country. Yesterday’s so-called coup was masterminded by Bio himself and his gang of SLPP crooks to gain sympathy from the international community.

Bio’s Thugs Caused Panic in Sierra Leone Shooting Helter-Skelter to Stay in Power

There was a sporadic shooting in Freetown to cause panic. Sources in Freetown say the indiscriminate shootings started around 3 a.m. Sierra Leone’s time as residents in the capital woke up in the sporadic gunfire, reminiscent of the 11 years of bloody civil war. Hours after the shooting started, nothing was made clear by the illegal Bio regime as to what was going on. Later in the morning, the regime came on the airwaves and announced a national curfew nationwide.

Panic sets in as Sierra Leoneans wonder what is going on. It’s no surprise that most citizens feel it is a set-up ploy by the beleaguered Bio regime to cause mayhem to prolong their stay in power. And to ostensibly inflict more suffering on the people of Sierra Leone who are already at their tethers end of hardship and untold disaster. The declaration of a curfew is just another plan by the illegitimate Bio regime to put the democratic process off track. So they will do anything to divert attention from the Tripartite investigations. But the people of Sierra Leone will not tolerate any hanky-panky games by Bio to stay longer in power than necessary.
