Elected APC Officials Urged to Remain Honourable for Posterity as Two APC Traitors Axed
Quick Summary
The Grassroots supporters, the most important people in the main opposition All People’s Congress party, have urged the APC officials to be firm.
If ever there was a time for a united front within the elected officials of the APC party to defend democracy and the rule of law, this is the time to stand up and be counted as posterity will surely be the judge in the favour of those who obeyed the instructions of the electorates and against those who disobeyed the voters’ wishes. By every stretch of the imagination, most of the elected Members of Parliament, the Mayors, the Councillors, and the Chairpersons of the APC party have so far obeyed the rules of the party and should be praised. Unlike the two traitorous APC MPs Mohamed Bangura and Alfred Thompson who joined the illegal Parliament. Both have been suspended as a consequence. (Photo: Traitor Alfred Thompson taking the oath).
These APC officials also need every ounce of praise for sacrificing and standing tall with the APC party and the Grassroots supporters in the last three months of the SLPP misrule, violence, and bad governance. Patriotic Sierra Leoneans have also continued to levy praises on the elected APC Parliamentarians, the Mayors, the Councillors, and Chairpersons for the boycott of their offices under the junta Bio regime. This historic boycott has completely strangulated the Julius Maada Bio SLPP regime thus rendering Sierra Leone into bankruptcy from 2018 to date. Unlike the two traitorous APC MPs Mohamed Bangura and Alfred Thompson who joined the illegal Parliament. Both have been suspended as a consequence.
Citizens are hoping the elected APC officials will continue the boycott, even though the latest rumour says there are certain corrupt APC officials who want to take their seats on June 12, 2023, when the illegal SLPP House of Parliament is expected to re-open. However, the determination of the international community to restore democracy in Sierra Leone is very hopeful. Political observers believe whether the boycott continues or not, the message for democratic rule has reached the ears of the global partners. Unlike the two traitorous APC MPs Mohamed Bangura and Alfred Thompson who joined the illegal Parliament. Both have been suspended as a consequence. (Photo: Traitor Mohamed Bangura in Parliament).

This among other reasons is sufficient proof to show that the elected APC officials should resist returning to work, otherwise, they would not only have themselves to blame for tarnishing their own characters forever, but they would also have aided and abetted a very corrupt regime in Maada Bio who stole the June 24, 2023 elections. At this point in time, everyone in the party has made lots of sacrifices since the broad daylight robbery of the people’s mandates took place under the machinations of Maada Bio and his criminal Chairman of the Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone Mohamed Kenewui Konneh. Unlike the two traitorous APC MPs Mohamed Bangura and Alfred Thompson who joined the illegal Parliament. Both have been suspended as a consequence.
No wonder, during last week’s APC press conference at the APC Head Office in Freetown, the APC leader Dr Samura Kamara advised his APC elected colleagues to be patient. Whether they would be patient like vultures to reap the benefits of democracy remains to be seen. Whatever way you look at the current situation in Sierra Leone, it is vital to note the determination of the international community to usher in democracy at all costs. What many citizens are failing to realise is the fact that the fight today is above party politics, it is above Sierra Leone. The fight is actually about defending democracy in Africa and around the world. Unlike the two traitorous APC MPs Mohamed Bangura and Alfred Thompson who joined the illegal Parliament. Both have been suspended as a consequence.
Today, October 8, 2023, the Commonwealth, African Union, ECOWAS, the European Union, and others will arrive in Sierra Leone to continue the dialogue between the APC party and SLPP regime in order to resolve the electoral impasse created after June 24, 2023, general and presidential elections which Maada Bio publicly stole from the real winner Dr Samura Kamara of the main opposition APC party. It is therefore significant for the elected APC officials who want to stop the boycott in order to join the illegal SLPP Parliament on June 12, 2023, to think twice. Meanwhile, the prominent APC parliamentarian in the person of Honourable Abdul Kargbo representing Constituency 077 Lungi, has refuted the rumours that APC MPs are planning to return to Parliament on October 12 when the House is expected to open. Honourable Abdul Kargbo cleared the air on the information circulating on social media for MPs returning to Parliament on the 12th of October 2023 during an interview obtained by an APC social media activist Mallam. Unlike the two traitorous APC MPs Mohamed Bangura and Alfred Thompson who joined the illegal Parliament. Both have been suspended as a consequence. In a related development, the APC National Secretary General has invited all the elected APC officials to meetings.
