‘Death’ of Political Detainee Kamaraimba, the ADP Leader, is a Distraction from the September 11, 2023, Protest
Quick Summary
The reported death of outspoken political detainee Kamarainba Mansaray is believed to be a diversionary tactic used by Maada Bio.
It is apparent that a jittery mood has engulfed the Presidential Lodge since the announcement of the September 11 protest against the Maada Bio regime by the country’s leading social media activist Adebayor of People’s Power in Politics PPP fame. He is based in Holland. Panic is an understatement because the last thing the corrupt SLPP regime wants today is for citizens to go out and protest in the country. Knowing full well that September 11 date has provided that opportunity for the people to claim their voting mandates back, Maada Bio’s agents in and outside the country are trying diversionary tactics to divert attention from the Monday demonstrations. No surprise, all of a sudden, the popular political detainee Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray’s name has emerged for another wrong reason. The SLPP Vuvuzelas have reported his ‘Demise’ even though there have been contradictory messages about Kamarainba’s so-called ‘Death’. (Photo: Kamarainba detained for no just reason).
Whatever the situation with Mr Kamarainba, the people of Sierra Leone will not be distracted an inch. The September 11 demonstration will go ahead as planned. Pressure has mounted on Maada Bio for the fraudulent June 24 elections and now the September 11 protest has made State House panic and in jitters. Kamarainba is the distraction sources say. Alleged or not, the current situation of the 2018 Presidential candidate Mr Kamarainba of the Alliance Democratic Party ADP must be made public by the cruel SLPP regime of Julius Maada Bio. Silence is no longer tolerated when it comes to the alleged death or not, of one of Sierra Leone’s leading political heavyweights in the person of Mr Kamarainba. Maada Bio and his wicked wife Fatima Jabbe Bio have blood on their hands for the numerous human rights abuses. Justice will prevail one day for all victims since 2018. Whatever the matter, the September 11 protest will go ahead.
At the least, the people of Sierra Leone should not be left in the dark about the reported death of political detainee Mohamed Kamaraimba Mansaray. This vital information should not be swept under the carpet by the callous Bio presidency. If Maada Bio does not respect the people, at least his violent-oriented SLPP regime should respect the family and friends of Mr Kamarainba who has been unlawfully detained for over three years for a politically motivated and ridiculous rape case. Maada Bio and his wicked wife Fatima Jabbe Bio have blood on their hands for the numerous human rights abuses. Justice will prevail one day for all victims since 2018. Whatever the matter, the September 11 protest will go ahead. (Photos: Killer Lawrence Leema, left, and his murderous boss Maada Bio).

Investigations have revealed that the conspicuous silence by the Bio brutes regarding the real situation about Kamarainba is because of the circumstances surrounding the reported death of the outspoken ADP leader. Prison sources say it was the crazy former Deputy Internal Affairs Minister Lahai Lawrence Leema who had physically assaulted Kamarainba a fortnight ago in prison in the dead of night. It allegedly led to Mr Kamarainba’s unproven death. Maada Bio and his wicked wife Fatima Jabbe Bio have blood on their hands for the numerous human rights abuses. Justice will prevail one day for all victims since 2018. Whatever the matter, the September 11 protest will go ahead.
Prisoners could hear the noise and screams from Mophamed Kamarainba that fateful night when Leema and his SLPP thugs were manhandling him much to the chagrin of the inmates who knew what was going on that silent night. By daybreak, it was clear that Kamarainba had been molested as the signs of injuries on his emaciated body were succinct. Prison sources say Kamarainba gave the ghost a day later. Maada Bio and his wicked wife Fatima Jabbe Bio have blood on their hands for the numerous human rights abuses. Justice will prevail one day for all victims since 2018. Whatever the matter, the September 11 protest will go ahead.
Now, the Bio presidency does not want the public to know the truth. Even the family members of Kamarainba have been left in the dark regarding his present situation. More doubts have emerged after a purported Sierra Leone Human Rights Commission notes: “We can authoritatively confirm as a commission that Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray died of natural cause. He had been critically sick for over one year before his death. His body will be given to his family after all protocols are observed. May his soul rest in perfect peace.” Maada Bio and his wicked wife Fatima Jabbe Bio have blood on their hands for the numerous human rights abuses. Justice will prevail one day for all victims since 2018. Whatever the matter, the September 11 protest will go ahead.

The Human Rights Commission of Sierra Leone HRCSL Denies the Kamarainba Report
The attention of the Human Rights Commission of Sierra Leone (HRCSL) has been drawn to a social media post making the rounds stating that Mr Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray is dead. The Commission wishes to inform the public that the said post was never authored by HRCSL and that whoever tagged it to such a post is only being mischievous. The Commission has not received any such information from the appropriate authorities regarding Mr. Mansaray who is currently serving his jail term at the Freetown Male Correctional Center. HRCSL encourages the public to always refer to its website (www.hrcsl-org) and social media handles for factual information and the activities it undertakes. ©HRCSL Communications Team.
Lawrence Leema is Accused of Murdering Kamarainba in Prison
By Julius Massaquoi
Mohammed Kamarainba Mansaray, leader of the Alliance Democratic Party, is dead. According to sources at Pademba Road Prison, he died two weeks ago following a sustained beating at the hands of Lahai Lawrence Leema, who was secretly let into the prison. It is alleged that Lahai Lawrence Leema a regular visitor to Pademba Road ordered to torture Mr. Mohammed Kamarainba Mansaray, but this time his punishment went too far. I can recall Mohammed Kamarainba Mansaray being publicly threatened by Lahai Lawrence Leema during a live debate at Radio Democracy. Supporters, family members, and well-wishers pleaded with Kamarainba to flee Sierra Leone following those threats, but he stood firm in defence of democracy.
We are calling on the Government of Sierra Leone and the Prison Services to release the body of Mohammed Kamarainba Mansaray so his family can give him a proper burial, but most importantly, so the cause of death can be established. An insider claimed that the last time he saw Mohamed Kamaraimba Mansaray alive, “his body had signs of trauma, which clearly indicated to me that he had undergone prolonged torture.” To conclude, I wish to add that Mohammed Kamaraimba Mansaray would most probably be alive today had the SLPP government not interfered and refused to allow him to leave prison after the judge granted him bail on September 7, 2021.
