APC Must Select Margai, Femi-Cole, Dr Bright for APC Elections Committee Probe – Grassroots Urge

Quick Summary

The APC Grassroots supporters have strongly appealed to the APC hierarchy to choose patriotic individuals for the APC Elections Committee investigation.

As attention turns towards the impending Cross-Party Committee on Electoral Systems and Management Bodies Review mandated by the Dialogue Communique signed by both the APC party and SLPP party, the APC Grassroots supporters say the APC hierarchy should do everything necessary to go beyond the APC membership to choose Sierra Leoneans of high repute to be part and parcel of the Cross-PartyElectoral Committee. The APC Grassroots believe that choosing veteran Lawyer Charles Francis Margai, Madam Femi Claudius Cole, Dr Dennis Bright to join the APC Electoral Investigations Committee for the June 24, 2023 elections would be a game changer. (Photo: Lawyer Charles Margai speaking at the APC Head Office).

It is unquestionable that these prominent names are household names in Sierra Leone and within Sierra Leone communities around the world. It is therefore no surprise that these names are making the rounds as calls grow louder for these respectable persons to be selected to represent the APC party for the six-month duration of the deliberations on the electoral reviews. Veteran politician and constitutional lawyer Charles Margai, the fearless female politician Femi Claudius Cole and Dr Dennis Bright, the patriotic politician of high standing, are the handful of honest politicians in Sierra Leone today who put the country first ahead of self-aggrandisement.

No hidden secret that these respectable Sierra Leoneans are from different political parties but their patriotism and their love for the APC party in particular is more than proof enough to justify their suitability to join the main opposition APC party for this coveted role. Charles Margai is the leader of the Peoples Movement for Democratic Change PMDC party, while the firebrand Madam Femi Claudius Cole is the leader of the Unity Party UP and Dr Dennis Bright was the Chairman and Leader of the NGC party until he resigned a few months ago for political differences with the hopeless politician Dr Kandeh Kolleh Yumkella. (Photos: Madam Femi-Cole and Dr Dennis Bright. And APC officials during the Dialogue).

Most significantly, the political trio are astute members of the conglomeration of the Consortium of Progressive Political Parties CPPP famously chaired by Femi-Claudius Cole. CPPP was formed by thirteen registered political parties years ago to neutralise the barbaric SLPP government of President Julius Maada Bio before, during and after his first five years in office. CPPP has been and continues to be the stumbling block for the violent-oriented SLPP/Paopa killers much to the satisfaction of the majority of Sierra Leoneans inside and outside of the country.

At this crucial period of national uncertainty in the aftermath of the calamitous June 24, 2023, fraudulent general and presidential elections which Maada Bio stole with the help of the most corrupt electoral chairman in living memory Mohamed Kenewui Konneh, the APC party needs individuals of high calibre like lawyer Charles Margai, Dr Dennis Bright and Madam Femi-Claudius Cole to be part of the APC Committee expected to investigate the chaotic June 24 elections together with the SLPP Committee and the global partners. This demand by the APC Grassroots is an intricate one but the APC hierarchy should know that this vital demand is very popular with most Sierra Leone voters who believe this Communique is the last chance to restore the people’s mandate.

It is fitting that the APC Grassroots supporters have rightly appealed to the hierarchy leaders to include these great Sierra Leoneans. Also, the Grassroots supporters are suggesting that the APC leader Dr Samura Kamara and the Deputy Leader Chernor Ramadan Maju Bah aka Chericoco must be part of the Electoral Committee as well. The other prominent individuals mentioned to be part of the APC Committee include the hardworking Mayor of Freetown Yvonne Aki Sawyerr, APC MP Abdul Kargbo, patriotic lawyer Mr Ady Macauley, Esq. The Peace Commission is waiting for the names representing the SLPP, APC and the International Community to be submitted as soon as possible.

ECOWAS Summit Update: Cocaine Bio is Scared of Handing the ECOWAS Chair to Senegal President Faye; Bio Prefers Anglophone to Francophone Successor!

The illegal Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio, who publicly stole the June 24, 2023 general and presidential elections, is a confused man today. Cocaine King Maada Bio is not only disoriented and jittery at this point when ECOWAS commissioners are in Freetown for the 69th summit, but Bio’s SLPP regime is entirely on the brink of causing more confusion within the ECOWAS commission. The illegitimate Sierra Leone President Bio is shamefully dragging his feet over the handing over of the ECOWAS chairmanship to the rightful individual, in the person of Senegalese President Bassirou Faye, who should have got it since last year when Bio bribed to get it. Diplomatic sources have hinted that Maada Bio, the current ECOWAS chairman who dubiously secured the position last year by bribing Nigerian President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, is not planning to transfer the ECOWAS chair to President Faye. ECOWAS leaders are expected in Freetown on July 19, 2026.

EBK’s Fake Freedom Won’t Distract EJ Win; His Arrest for Betraying Democracy Looms; Tinubu Happy to See EBK’s Back; Hope He Returns Sooner to Face Citizens

The fake freedom suspiciously arranged for Ernest Bai Koroma EBK is not only a fruitless distraction, but EBK’s immediate return will suit 2023 voters. It is a massive trump card indeed, especially for electoral justice campaigners who will eventually see judicial revenge for those who undermine the June 24, 2023, general and presidential elections. EBK is obviously the first accused and chief architect of selling the 2023 votes to his cocaine paymaster, Julius Maada Bio. That is why the dubious freedom dished out to cruel EBK by the electoral commander-in-thief Julius Maada Bio is wholeheartedly welcomed by electoral justice EJ fighters whose main ambition is to restore democracy and to put on trial the betrayers of the people’s mandate. At first glance, it is clear that EBK’s recent freedom, granted by the corrupt SLPP and APC parliamentarians, is a high-class trap for him. The dramatic overturning of the ridiculous treason charge against EBK in parliament, rather than in the High Court, is a monumental blunder, deception and distraction.
