Illegal President Bio Reduces the Value of Immigration Led by One Foreigner, Nour Hashim, an Alleged Ally of Cocaine Baron Bolle Jos and Terrorists!

Quick Summary

Sierra Leone’s immigration has become a ridicule as the department is invariably run by a foreigner allegedly linked to Dutch drug baron Jos Leijdekker, Hamas and Hezbollah.

These are serious allegations that have the propensity to undermine national security. Further probe has confirmed that the powers of the Chief Immigration Officer, CIO Dr Moses Tiffa Baio, and the other Immigration Officers nationwide have been drastically reduced, not for professional reasons but due exclusively to dangerous friendship. (Photo: Nour Hashim).

Unsurprisingly, it is the illegal President Julius Maada Bio who has given limitless powers to a foreigner, in the person of one Nour Hashim, to run key immigration functions, ranging from Lungi International Airport passport issuance and control to the protection of Sierra Leone’s territorial borders, air, land, and sea. More Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists from Gaza and Lebanon, respectively, are flocking to the country.

No wonder the influx of dangerous drugs ranging from cocaine, tramadol and Kush, and foreign terrorists have become the order of the day in Sierra Leone. It means that Nour Hashim, a well-known business crook and a close ally of Europe’s most wanted drug fugitive Joseph Johannes Leijdekker aka Bolle Jos or Omar Sheriff, can facilitate dubious trade effortlessly without any interruption by the Bio regime.

This frightening episode about Nour Hashim’s powers has opened the doors to criminals and terrorists like Hamas and Hezbollah who could enter and leave the country with the twinkle of an eye without the knowledge of the proper immigration officers who are constitutionally responsible for controlling the borders. (Photo: Useless, toothless and remote-controlled Chief Immigration Officer Moses Tiffa Baio).

Because of the immense powers unlawfully dished out by the illegitimate President Bio to his godson, Nour Hashim, the national security of the country is at serious risk of leaving loopholes that would be exploited by bad people to cause major harm to innocent Sierra Leoneans and even beyond to neighbouring countries.

The priority of any sober government is to protect the air, land and sea of the country, but cocaine-ridden Bio has odd ideas. No responsible government should take powers from the Immigration Bureau and give them to a single person, especially a dangerous foreigner, mainly for friendly reasons rather than for professional etiquette.

In Sierra Leone today, things are not normal at all under the illegal Bio regime. Everything is upside down, moving sideways, backwards, zigzagging uncontrollably when things are supposed to move straight forward in accordance with law and order for the benefit of the people. The high standards left by the ex-CIO, Mr Alpha Kholifa Koroma, during Ernest Koroma’s era have been destroyed beyond repair. Shame on Bio.

But Nour Hashim being given such a powerful job has exposed the irresponsibility of the drug regime of Maada Bio, who stole the June 24, 2023 elections from the President-elect Dr Samura Kamara. Only the restoration of democracy will stop this nonsense. More details thus as follows – Photo: Bolle Jos and Maada Bio).

This Young Man Nour Hashim, is the ‘God’ Son of Maada Bio

By Dr John Idriss Lahai (20/08/2026)

To capture Bolle Jos or Umarr Sheriff, all you need to do is monitor and follow the movements and networks of this young man; his name is Nour Hashim. He is the son of the late Hashim Hashim (who was the Lebanese consul in Sierra Leone). Hashim Hashim was President Julius Maada Bio’s best friend and secret keeper. Hashim Hashim was like a biological father to Maada Bio. This young man, Nour Hashim, is the godson of President Julius Maada Bio.

Before Hashim Hashim passed away, he formally handed his son to Maada Bio, who swore an oath to protect and look after young Nour Hashim. Interestingly, while Nour is not officially the acting Lebanese consul in Sierra Leone, he exercises true consular authority, controlling the Lebanese consulate through Mahmoud Abu Ainain. President Bio has granted Nour Hashim profound state influence, personal protection, and lucrative commercial monopolies.

Under these state arrangements, Maada Bio has conferred upon Hashim the sole responsibility to print all Sierra Leonean passports, produce all National Civil Registration Authority (NCRA) identity cards, and collect statutory payments and fees on behalf of the government from passengers at Lungi International Airport as well as across the land frontiers at the Sierra Leone – Guinea and Sierra Leone – Liberia borders. (Photo: The Hashim brothers).

Hashim’s private authority extends directly into national border security and immigration management. He maintains operational offices staffed by his Lebanese workers at Lungi airport, the Kambia border post, and various other crossing points throughout the country. Instead of official Sierra Leone immigration officers administering state checkpoints, Hashim’s private apparatus exercises direct control over international transit corridors.

His personnel inspect all passports without exception, subjecting Sierra Leonean citizens to rigorous checks and demanding the presentation of valid national identity cards. Furthermore, foreign nationals entering or departing the country are routinely fined and penalised directly by Hashim’s team rather than official state immigration authorities. Through these concessions, President Bio has placed sovereign immigration functions and border regulation under private influence.

Hashim is also responsible for procuring illicit documentation, having arranged and provided a backdated Sierra Leonean passport under a new Lebanese name for Bolle Jos, also known as Umarr Sheriff. To locate, track, and capture Umarr Sheriff, one must monitor Nour Hashim’s movements and administrative networks.

UN Appearance Means Zero; The Bios’ Illegality Remains at the UN; Brutes Like Gaddafi Spoke at the UN; Next Minute He was Killed; Sierra Leoneans, Don’t Worry

The United Nations is designed to always allow every Jack and Jill in its midst; dictators, tyrants, despots, killers, evil forces, often attend, but their hatred & illegitimacy still remain. Bloodthirsty and illegal President Julius Maada Bio and his mob-justice wife, Fatima Jabbe Bio, are classic examples of dictators known to member states of the United Nations and the world. But as the UN never bans tyrants, the Bios can still appear, but it makes no difference at all. Honest history has taught us one salient fact about attendees at the United Nations General Assembly. Not everyone who attends or addresses the UN General Assembly summit is loved or recognised as legitimate, democratic or a decent human being. Despite the immense freedom to attend the UN, many world leaders are reluctant to appear at the UN summit in New York for security reasons, mainly. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni of Uganda, President Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong-Un of North Korea are examples.

Marathon Race Ends Soon: New ECOWAS President General Diop from Senegal Takes Over from Gambian Traitor Touray; Real Work Began Yesterday

The real work of the newly refreshed Economic Community of West African States ECOWAS has commenced following the official handing over yesterday in Abuja. It was a milestone for West Africans and the world yesterday to witness the handover of power from the Gambian traitor, Dr Omar Alieu Touray, to General Birame Diop at the new ECOWAS Commission Headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. The Commission held the formal welcome and send-off ceremony for incoming and outgoing statutory appointees and Heads of ECOWAS Institutions, following the completion of the former leadership’s four-year tenure. It was during the historic event that General Birame DIOP of Senegal officially assumed office as the new President of the ECOWAS Commission, amid applause, succeeding Dr Omar Alieu Touray of The Gambia. Since President Bassirou Faye of Senegal succeeded the useless, unfit, and illegal Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio as ECOWAS chair on July 19, 2026, in Lungi, Sierra Leone, very little has been done to move the rejuvenated ECOWAS forward.
