Bloody Bio Rushes to New York to Meet His ICC Worried Defence Lawyers Triggered by Sept 11
Quick Summary
The September 11 protest in Sierra Leone has triggered bloody Bio’s defence lawyers to summon their client to New York earlier than scheduled.
Julius Maada Bio’s dash to the UN Summit was sudden and quick. Just one week before the United Nations General Assembly UNGA summit, the illegal Sierra Leone President Bio – slated to meet the International Criminal Court ICC – rushed to New York ostensibly to meet his three defence lawyers. The rush was due to the bloody September 11 protest that shocked the world and that was why Bio’s defence lawyers wanted to know why more killings took place during the September 11 protest. Sources say the worried defence lawyers requested Bio’s presence in New York to discuss the situation, having noticed how intricate and messy Maada Bio has plunged himself into. The three defence lawyers believe the September 11 protest and the negative manner in which Maada Bio’s security agents mishandled the situation has not helped Maada Bio’s case in front of the ICC. The demonstration ended in violence, bloody violence, and deaths caused by the Bio presidency. From bad to worse indeed. World leaders are always expected to visit New York for the UNGA summit two days before the commencement of the meeting. It never happened before that a leader would go there one week before the commencement of the UNGA summit. Bio went there because of the ICC invitation to meet the Chief Prosecutor Mr Karim AA Khan KC on 19 September. Panic is now gripping the Bio presidency back home. Meanwhile, the US sanctions on the travel ban on SLPP government officials have started biting. Visas were refused by the US Embassy for almost all the Bio delegations thus reducing the SLPP delegation to the US to a mere two people. At the previous UN Summits in New York, Maada Bio’s delegation used to be 30 or more individuals. But not this time around. Only two persons were given a Visa including Maada Bio himself. The death toll on the September 11 protest rose to 10 Sierra Leoneans butchered by Bio’s Presidential Guards in police and military uniforms. Hospital and family sources have confirmed that all those who lost their precious lives on September 11 during the peaceful protest did not come out of their houses to demonstrate. Dozens of innocent protesters were also arrested and detained.
Also, sources have confirmed that all of the dead are members and supporters of the ruling SLPP party. These victims were shot to death by trigger-happy Presidential Guards on the direct orders of the Commander-in-Chief Maada Bio. The dead were shot inside their houses and compounds away from the protest. The Presidential Guards had chased the APC supporters on that fateful day and mistakenly killed their own SLPP members. It saddens peace-loving Sierra Leoneans whenever Sierra Leoneans are murdered before, during, and after any protest. Organised by the PPP and Love Salone Lef Bad Heart led by Sierra Leone’s leading social media activist King Adebayor, the September 11 protest damaged the Bio regime economically, socially, and politically by losing thousands of Leone in revenue.
