APC saboteur-in-chief EBK took advantage of the free airlift he got from the Nigerian delegation led by the Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima, and flew out of Lungi in the Nigerian jet. EBK feared doing otherwise would have resulted in him being slaughtered by the angry Bio mobs.

Evil EBK was recruited by the illegal Sierra Leone President Bio to campaign and lobby for him to get a second term as ECOWAS chairman, but all his efforts fell on deaf ears. Following this public ridicule and failure, EBK asked the Nigerian Vice President to shuttle him back into exile. “I prefer to stay in exile in Nigeria in safety than return home in SLPP/APC bondage,” panic-stricken EBK is reported to have told VP Shettima as he hopped onto the Nigerian aircraft in Lungi. Sources say EBK saw blood in the eyes of Bio when he lost the ECOWAS chairmanship.

Unpatriotic EBK was scared of being reprimanded by the SLPP brutes, currently disgruntled for Maada Bio’s snub by the ECOWAS Heads of State in Lungi, where the ECOWAS Commission preferred the Senegalese President Bassirou Diomaye Faye as the new ECOWAS Chair.

The rattled EBK, who faced humiliation in Lungi after failing to help his cocaine paymaster, Maada Bio, get the ECOWAS chair, quickly returned to Nigeria with his long tail stuck between his buttocks. During the ECOWAS summit, many conference attendees rejected EBK’s advances by refusing to embrace him. A handshake was enough for them. What a disgrace. Even the ECOWAS Commissioners refused to give disgraced EBK the podium to speak as a former statesman.

Meanwhile, the people of Sierra Leone are in a congratulatory mood, knowing that ECOWAS is now finally in good hands. Senegal has got both the Chairmanship in President Bassirou Faye and the Commission President in Rtd. General Birame Diop, a no-nonsense soldier.

The ex-Senegalese Army General Birame Diop succeeded the former controversial Commission President Dr Omar Alieu Touray from Gambia for four years. Sierra Leoneans are eagerly waiting for the restoration of democracy to happen, i.e., the swearing-in of President-elect Dr Samura Kamara.
