The presentation of the Road Map to the Illegitimate Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio by the international delegation is a major development in the quest to achieve electoral justice in Sierra Leone. The mentioning of the 84 Magic Number is a significant shift from the initial 80 Recommendations that had been bandied around by the SLPP and traitorous APC vuvuzelas to mislead the gullible people of Sierra Leone that electoral justice will not take place and that the international community is only interested in electoral reforms. The 80  propaganda does not hold water anymore.

It is indicative of the fact often uttered by the visionary APC President-Elect Dr Samura Kamara that “The June 24, 2023 election is not over until it is over”. What is the Roadmap document given to Maada Bio all about? It is about the joint 84 Tripartite Committee recommendations that the global partners have finally endorsed. Initially, both the SLPP and APC representatives had agreed on the 80 recommendations, but the 4 remaining issues which the APC party had suggested, i.e. the contentious areas or electoral justice that the SLPP regime had all along frowned on, are firmly accepted. After the international community has looked into it, it now appears that all 84 are now to be implemented in full.

What are the 4 Contentious Issues also known as Divergent Areas presented to the illegal President Maada Bio? The fours are as follows – First, APC won the June 24, 2023 elections with 57.15%; Secondly, a Re-Run is added as an alternative if SLPP disagrees; Thirdly, ECSL Commissioners must Resign; And fourthly, ECOWAS must conduct any Re-Run.

The Road Map officially handed over to Maada Bio, who clearly stole last year’s elections, is vital for the achievement of electoral justice. It is the first time the 84 recommendations Road Map has been reiterated to Maada Bio after the SLPP had all along only talked about 80 Reforms and totally ignoring the 4 Divergent Areas on the document. But not anymore, and this is due to the US Ambassador Bryan Hunt, who first reiterated the full implementation of the 84 recommendations. Before leaving Freetown after a three-day visit, the foreign delegation presented the Road Map to rattled Bio. The Assessment Team came purposely to find out about the progress made on the October 18, 2023 Bintumani Agreement and the Tripartite.

Meanwhile, the SLPP Chief Minister Dr David Moinina Sengeh has also publicly confirmed that there are now 84 recommendations to be implemented even though SLPP Media supported by APC traitors in the Strategic Media continue to spread lies about the Tripartite stating that ‘All is done and dusted’. Shame on the electoral justice enemies. It shall be implementable and actionable in line with Resolution 8 of the Terms of Reference.
