The Diaspora will be overtly hectic this week with massive demonstrations as patriotic Sierra Leoneans come out in full force on September 20 in four major Western countries apparently to undress the undemocratic tendencies of bad governance and inhuman treatment of compatriots back home by the violent agents of the corrupt SLPP regime of Julius Maada Bio. Every patriot in the Diaspora will storm out on Wednesday to remind the world of the disaster in Sierra Leone. The countries to host the September 20 Diaspora protestations include the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Norway, and Germany. Also, on September 25, 2023, more Diaspora demonstrations against the heinous crimes committed by Maada Bio’s violent SLPP regime will take place in Canada and in America again.
It is going to be well-organised protests to be done on September 20, the new date to expose the atrocities that had been committed and continue to be committed by Bio’s state security. The simultaneous arrangement of these protests around the world on the same day against the totalitarianism of Maada Bio’s SLPP administration makes the September 20 protests unique and significant in the protection of democratic rule human rights and civil liberties in Sierra Leone.
At the moment, there is no freedom, justice, unity, and development in Sierra Leone thanks to Bio’s misrule and calamity. In the United Kingdom on Wednesday, September 20, Sierra Leone protesters are poised to march on to the headquarters of the Commonwealth Secretariat in London where a petition complaint against the criminality of Maada Bio’s barbarism would be presented to the Commonwealth Secretary-General Lady Patricia Scotland KC. Members of Concerned Sierra Leoneans Worldwide, the People’s Power in Politics PPP and Love Salone Lef Bad Heart fame of Adebayor are calling on all patriotic Sierra Leoneans to join the marchers in England, America, Norway, and Germany in order to restore the people’s votes of June 24, 2023 elections in Sierra Leone stole by Maada Bio as well as the September 25 protests in Canada and the US.
