Bio’s State of Emergency Plot Won’t Stop the Transition; Ignore Bio’s Useless Mind Games Meant to Discourage the 2023 Voters
Quick Summary
The illegal Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio who disgracefully stole the June 24, 2023 elections has plotted a State of Emergency declaration useless plan.
Amid the tension his illegitimate SLPP regime has continued to face from both inside and outside Sierra Leone, Maada Bio has gathered his useless henchmen and women to design new ways to initiate the declaration of a State of Emergency. The purpose of the dream declaration is to delay the political transition of power, which does not truly belong to Maada Bio because he stole the 2023 elections in broad daylight. Now, the writing is clearly on the wall to get rid of Bio; panic has gripped the SLPP regime.
The latest plot is geared towards the numerous mind games the failed SLPP regime has designed to discourage the Sierra Leone people from believing that the full implementation of the 85 Tripartite recommendations will not take place, thereby stopping democracy restoration. Thankfully, Sierra Leoneans know that the Bio presidency does not have the power to stop or derail the restoration of democracy as demanded in the Tripartite Agreement. However, the SLPP regime is not relenting in designing new mind games to cause mayhem.
Even though the powerless Maada Bio is currently out of the country, his SLPP hopeless caboodle is still playing its cruel mind games. Now, having failed to use the APC meeting at the Attouga meeting recently, Bio is still playing dangerous games.
And these mind games will not augur well for the SLPP regime because the determination of the international community to restore democracy in Sierra Leone cannot be stopped. Bio’s plan to cause commotion to justify the declaration of a state of emergency will fail again. (Photo: Kamajor soldiers ‘freed’).

In secret, the Bio regime wants to use the Guinea and Sierra Leone border fake impasse as an excuse to declare a state of emergency. Since last week, when news of the arrest of the SLPP Kamajor soldiers surfaced, observers noticed a mind game in the making.
Sierra Leone voters in the 2023 elections knew that it was a mind game set up by the illegal Bio regime to have the platform to declare a State of Emergency. How can the same soldiers arrested by the Guinean military get freed only to come back to the same border post?
It clearly shows that it was a plot designed by Bio to cause havoc by violently attacking the Guinean soldiers to justify the state of emergency declaration and to frustrate the political transition. Sierra Leoneans must ignore the State of Emergency rumour. It will not work. (Photo: Kamajor soldiers sat on the floor in Guinea).

The President-elect, Dr Samura Kamara, who won the June 24, 2023, elections, will take his power very shortly because everyone knows that he got the results 57.15% of votes cast, while Maada Bio is yet to produce a result to prove his victory.
Meanwhile, it has become clear that the sell-out APC leaders who do not want their leader, Dr Samura Kamara, to take power continue to collaborate with the illegal SLPP regime to destroy the APC party and to derail the restoration of democracy. But they have failed.

The SLPP VP, Dr Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, welcomed home the servicemen who had been held in Guinea, marking a powerful moment of national relief and unity. Foreign Minister Timothy Musa Kabbah expressed sincere appreciation for the Vice President’s strategic engagement that helped secure this outcome.
The returned officers, led by their captain, marched in with discipline and dignity, heads held high, reflecting the professionalism and courage of the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces. In a gesture that spoke volumes, the Vice President invited the officers to join him for their first dinner back home. It became more than a meal.
It was a shared moment of gratitude, peace, and reconciliation. With war averted and diplomacy prevailing, the evening stood as a reminder that calm leadership and strategic engagement can turn tension into triumph. Credit also goes to the steady guidance of Maada Bio, whose administration continues to prioritise dialogue and national dignity.
