There have been so many APC traitors in the past who should have been given the boot like Alpha Khan, Sylvia Blyden, Victor Foh, Mohamed Bangura and so on for anti-party activities but the delayance has caused more problems. The latest violator of the APC party is the traitorous National Publicity Secretary of the APC Mr Sidi Yahya Tunis who recently exposed his stupidity by undermining the APC party position regarding the fraudulent June 24, 2023 general and presidential elections which the incumbent President Julius Maada Bio stole in broad daylight. The APC Trojan Horse Sidi Yahya Tunis had the nerve to say that the June 24 elections were over and that Sierra Leoneans should be thinking about the future i.e. 2028 elections rather than the last elections which have brought more problems than solutions. Everyone knows with the exception of the enemies of the country that the June 24 elections are not over yet because of the ongoing Tripartite Investigations Committee mandated to probe the electoral frauds. However, the man who is the spokesman for the party Yahya Tunis thought otherwise. Now, the APC Grassroots supporters are calling on the APC hierarchy to suspend Yahya Tunis instantly for anti-party activity.

At this crucial time when the APC leader Dr Samura Kamara and most of the good APC executives are fighting tooth and nail to hold the Bio presidency and the corrupt Chairman of the Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone ECSL Mohamed Kenewui Konneh to account, there are certain APC Trojan Horses like Yahya Tunis who are hell-bent on backstabbing Dr Samura Kamara and by extension the suffering people of Sierra Leone ostensibly to aid and abet the violent SLPP regime of Maada Bio to stay longer in power, which he does not deserve an iota whatsoever. Yahya Tunis left his PMDC party to undermine the APC party for his paymaster Maada Bio of the SLPP party. He is a disgrace to the true Mende people.

“The immediate suspension of traitors like Yahya Tunis would be the best Christmas gift the APC hierarchy could give us. Yahya Tunis must pay for his betrayal of the party that made him relevant in Sierra Leone politics today. If our party cannot suspend him, they should force Yahya Tunis to resign without delay. Anti-Party activities are serious offences against the APC party,” a Grassroots supporter said. Nevertheless, days after the Bio slave Yahya Tunis had uttered the incorrect and undermined statement, he is still parading around as the party’s National Publicity Secretary thereby giving the doubting Josephs the space to justify their wrong perceptions about “the Game is Over”.

This was exactly what Tunis had done. He publicly disclosed that Dr Samura Kamara has endorsed Maada Bio’s presidency. There is no concrete proof to show that the APC leader has endorsed the illegal Sierra Leone President Maada Bio, the electoral thief. The likes of Yahya Tunis are alluding that the APC executives and the entire APC membership should concentrate on the 2028 agenda. What a load of rubbish by Yahya Tunis because at the moment, the APC has signed a Communique with the SLPP regime and the International Community to investigate the June 24 elections.

Sierra Leone voters are unhappy and shocked to hear Yahya Tunis is yet to be axed. Was Yahya Tunis telling the truth? Most citizens do not believe Tunis was saying the right thing. It clearly shows that Yahya Tunis is among the APC traitors who have been bribed heftily by Maada Bio to advocate for the 2028 agenda in order to prolong the stay of Maada Bio in power. The APC hierarchy must stop acting slowly against traitors. It is time for the APC hierarchy to act fast and punish anti-party activists like Sidi Yahya Tunis rather than delay further.
