For the past couple of weeks, the social media in Sierra Leone has been infested with venomous attacks, especially on the King of social media Adebayor, real name Mr William Kamara. Ever since King Adebayor took a three hundred and sixty degrees merry-go-round to accuse the APC leader Dr Samura Kamara of ‘selling game’ to the illegal SLPP regime, frequent attacks on Adebayor have ensued from all directions, especially from the APC party social media activists and bloggers. These attacks have polluted the atmosphere. It is time to cease-fire to allow everyone to go about their normal business. No one can change King Adebayor’s direction when it comes to Sierra Leone. This is his own way of fighting the bad politicians in the liberation struggle. Sierra Leone politicians must show that they are for the people, otherwise, Adebayor would be their King. In their desperate attempt to demean the enviable status of King Adebayor, many APC bloggers and activists who are pious APC members and supporters have thrown the Gauntlett to the King challenging him to produce proof of the accusations of ‘sell-game’ he had levied against the APC leader Dr Samura Kamara. From the capital of Ghana Accra, one of Sierra Leone’s leading social media activists Mrsta Salone has led the attacks on Adebayor by unleashing more information about bribery and corruption allegations within the APC hierarchy which he believed spurred King Adebayor to bash Dr Samura Kamara. No one can change King Adebayor’s direction when it comes to Sierra Leone. Mrsta Salone in his various audios said King Adebayor had been bribed heftily by certain top-ranking APC officials to undermine the leadership of Dr Samura Kamara which the King had denied. As usual, the King ignored all these attacks and continued to go on with his normal business of releasing his daily audios for the people of Sierra Leone whom he reassured would continue to get his patriotic services come rain or sun. More attacks on Adebayor emerged from other diehard APC media activists in Sierra Leone like APC Malaka the Duplicate, PRO Samura, Mallam, and other APC media outlets who noted that they would not allow the King to insult their leader innocent Dr Samura Kamara. No one can change King Adebayor’s direction when it comes to Sierra Leone. This is his style of fighting the bad people in the liberation struggle in the last six years. Sierra Leone politicians must show that they are for the people, otherwise, Adebayor would be their King.

Everyone still gives credit to the King for the pivotal role he played in protecting Dr Samura Kamara until he became the standard bearer for the APC party. The surprise came when King Adebayor changed his support for Samura after the ‘sell-game’ reports surfaced. Consequently, Sierra Leone became more divided as some supporters of Adebayor got angry and went away, while other supporters decided to stay to side with the King. Adebayor is a loose Canon when it comes to defending Sierra Leone. Any idiot who challenges Adebayor’s dream to protect the integrity of Sierra Leoneans would feel the full weight of Adebayor’s canonisation. No one studies Adebayor. You read him because he is a book. You read him and learn but do not study him. No one can change King Adebayor’s direction when it comes to Sierra Leone. Luckily today, the APC media have decided to leave Adebayor alone and are instead focusing on defending the APC party. This is good news for uniting the party. PRO Samura group had recently wanted to ban Adebayor’s audio in his forum but quick thinkers advised not to do so as banning Adebayor’s audio would not help the fight to protect the APC and Sierra Leone. However, Mrsta Salone is still continuing the attacks. But Adebayor has sensibly refused to react to these attacks. Leave Adebayor alone because there are more problems within the APC party to sort out. It is understood that Maada Bio is sponsoring these APC traitors to spread false news and divide the APC party. No one can change King Adebayor’s direction when it comes to Sierra Leone. This is his style of fighting the bad people in the liberation struggle in the last six years. Sierra Leone politicians must show that they are for the people, otherwise, Adebayor would be their King.
