It is just a matter of a short time before it happens. For three days now, since the Gabonese President Brice Oligui Nguema was in Freetown, Maada Bio and his deceptive social media zealots and political collaborators continue to mislead their SLPP people and APC accomplices. The SLPP/Paopa grassroots supporters have been boldly lied to that President Nguema and his Gabonese delegation, who departed Freetown yesterday for Libreville after the three-day official visit, came for the usual SLPP cliché ‘bilateral relations’. What a ridicule.

A big lie indeed. The fact is President Nguema and his wife Zita Nguema came primarily to relay the message from the African Union Chairman, President of Burundi Évariste Ndayishimiye, to warn Bio that he should start doing the right thing now, i.e. to hand over power peacefully.

Otherwise, the AU message added, it will lead to the removal of the electoral con man Bio by force of arms very shortly and quickly. Mob Justice Fatima Jabbe Bio, and other SLPP top guns are not conversant with the AU message. The warning message from the AU Chairman came under the auspices of the ECOWAS chairman, President Bassirou Faye of Senegal, who engineered the process. Unsurprisingly, Bio is still deceiving his blind supporters that all is well and has everything under control.

What lies in the not-too-distant future for poor Bio will send shockwaves across Sierra Leone and beyond. Bio has been given all the chances to correct the electoral wrongs, but now it seems his continuous stubbornness is a result of the spirits of the innocent Sierra Leoneans he has killed since 2018.

On Sunday, August 2, 2026, when the Gabonese President Nguema alighted at the Lungi International Airport, Maada Bio was conspicuously absent from the welcoming party. Bio had already been told about this visit but decided to AWOL in his hometown of Tihun in Bonthe District in a boat. Had Bio known the President Nguema had come for pleasantries or for so-called ‘Bilateral Relations’, he would not have dodged Lungi on Sunday.

To reduce suspicion, Bio and his wife, Fatima Jabbe Bio, held a banquet to honour the Gabonese First Couple and wined and dined with them. Yesterday, the Nguemas were seen on the ferry with Bio and Fatima crossing to Lungi Airport, where they departed for Libreville.

The visit had ended gloriously for electoral justice fighters, and the restoration of democracy is on track because the message has been delivered, even though bloodthirsty Maada Bio is still stupidly pretending to be on top of things. Swegbe nar Swegbe normor.
