West Africa Exam Council Names 28 Centres for 2017 Exam Malpractices!

The West Africa Examination Council has ended remarking the WASSCE examination papers after some serious malpractices in Freetown.

 

This malpractice report was confirmed in a press release dated December 22, 2017 by the printing department of West Africa Examination Council in Freetown, Sierra Leone. (Photo: Education Minister Dr. Minkailu Bah, overseeing the deterioration of education in Sierra Leone).

The West African Examination Council WAEC has finally know the centers that were massively involved in examination malpractice on their just concluded 2017 private wassce exam.

Reports say the remarking of all subjects scripts of 28 centers on the just concluded 2017 private WASSCE examination started on Tuesday 26 December and ended on Friday 29 December 2017.

"We as an examination body of West Africa are going to conduct this remarking of these 28 centers in open eyes infront of Anti Corruption Commission official and officials from the Ministry of Education for more authenticity," the press release noted.

Reports say the schools listed below are in serious danger and WAEC noted that any results found on such acts will be withheld with serious repercussions. The list of Centers involved in this remarking process are as follows:

3. St Ambrose in Freetown
4. Murialdo in Freetown
5. Marie Vandi in Freetown
6. SLMC in Freetown
7. Richard Alleh in Freetown
8. WAM Collegiate in Freetown
9. Muslim Congress in Freetown
10. Armed Force in Freetown
11. Government municipal in Freetown
12. Methodist Boys/High School in Freetown
13. Empire Moriba Town Rutile in Freetown
14. UCC in Freetown
15. Independent School in Freetown
16. Kankalay Islamic in Freetown
17. St Francis in Makeni
18. Albert Academy in Freetown
20. Browmdel High School in Freetown
21. Sulma International in Freetown
22. Bishop Johnson in Freetown
23. Government Model in Freetown
