FIFA/SLFA 7-Man Committee Presents False Reports to President Koroma!

By The Ranger (05/03/17)

It is astonishing for the President of Sierra Leone to receive a misleading report from the world governing football body FIFA and SLFA.

The seven-man Committee that was established by FIFA/SLFA and the government of Sierra Leone very recently presented an inconclusive and misleading report of an erroneous material. (Pictured: FIFA boss Gianni Infantino).

The FIFA/SLFA 7-Man Committee was reportedly charged with the responsibility to identify the 47 legitimate football stakeholders in the country.

The report that was presented to President Ernest Koroma did not include the Western Area, the Anti-Drug Football Club and the Coaches Association.

The 7-Man Committee has also reportedly failed to address the Football Associations in the Eastern Region and Kono District. These FAs are furious for the blatant snub.

Reports say the sum of 200 million Leones was provided to the committee to facilitate the identification of football stakeholders throughout Sierra Leone.

The Chairman of the 7 Man Committee Dr. Sorsor Conteh was accused of taking the side of the SLFA that failed to do their home work well in all the football associations.

The final report of the 7 Man Committee presented to President Koroma has been condemned by the football family as erroneous and misleading.

They football family are demanding an apology from the 7 Man Committee to the Deputy Minister of Sports Al-sankoh-Conteh whom they maliciously accused in the fake report of interfering in their activities. The Chairman of the 7 Man Committee has showcased his double standards.

The general public is calling on the Anti Corruption Commissioner to institute an investigation into the activities of the 7 Man Committee and to account for 200 million Leones given to them.
