Police Spread the Net to Catch a Diaspora Crook for Raping a Girl in Bo!!
By Philip Koroma (09/05/17)
A Sierra Leonean based in the Diaspora is reportedly being hunted by police after allegedly raping a teenage girl in Bo and disappeared.
Police in Bo are investigating the J.C. who is popularly known as Junior Musa. Reports say the wanted J.C. who formally lives at Martha Gborie Street, was alleged to have raped a 15 year old girl (name withheld) in Bo. (Pictured: Sierra Leone Police Chief Francis Munu on the alert).
Family sources say the suspect sexually abused the young girl whilst she was asleep at the same residence. Reports say Junior Musa took advantage of the absence of the girl’s carers who had travelled to Freetown.
The accused has since gone underground and intimate sources believe he is on the run trying to leave the country. It is not made clear in which country Junior Musa resides overseas.
However, police are in search of the alleged rapist to face prosecution. As we go to press the police hunt continues.
