Who Can Tell Me that Ernest Koroma's APC Government was Not Corrupt? Tell Me!
By Thomson Josephus Dixon (21/07/18)
People want to circumvent the issues in the Governance Transition Team Report which ordinary Sierra Leoneans know are public secret.
I strongly believe that the diversionary tactics currently being bandied around by diehard APC party stalwarts and supporters against the SLPP GTT Report on corruption will not work.
There is no perfect report in the world. Fact. That is the reason even in academia there is always need for continuous research to improve knowledge and correct mistakes.
Tell me that former Sierra Leone President Ernest Bai Koroma did not sell Sierra Leone shares in Sierra Rutile company to his millionaire cousin John Bono Sisay! Tell me!!
Tell me that Palo Conteh, another former APC minister did not give huge arms contract to his Lebanese friend for which both the 2014 and 2015 Audit Reports consistently mentioned Palo Conteh and the dubious deals! Tell me!!
Tell me that Sierra Leone and Sierra Leoneans were not cheated and still being cheated in the Jamel Shallop passport deal under the APC governance! Just to name but a few. Tell me!!
Tell me that government properties belonging to the country were not sold to political poodles and cronies during the APC government of Ernest Korma from 2007 to 2018! Tell me!!
Tell me that I was not almost taken to jail when I reported how government property was transformed by one of the younger brothers of Ernest Koroma at Wilkinson Road in Freetown! Tell me!!
I admonished all Sierra Leoneans to discuss the GTT Report. Let look at the meat of the Report. Let put Salone Fos.
